Cheers to that!

Additionally there's a lot more that's practically related to the world: *What does the world look like with AI/big data analysis and decentralisation on the rise? *What is true now that won't be in 50 years? *What am I wrong about? *Will I have the guts to restart my life @ 50?
The world has A LOT of changing to do in the next 20 years! We are at a crazy point in time, when each 5 years we advance technologically more than the rest of history combined.

... is there any overlap? Can I ever have such a similar experience to someone else that I can 'get' them? Can we ever 'see something with the same eyes', to such a degree that it's 99% or higher? What if my blue is your red and another's green?
I totally hear you! We are on the same page with curiosity style. I think we are entirely alone in our unique experiences of everything. Yet, we all need community and belonging. It’s fascinating

Great photo. I'm curious about nearly everything, but in particular, the things most people avoid talking about. *What does death feel like? *Why is there consciousness? Why does this monkey I inherit get to observe itself? *What's the max pain possible to feel? What about fun?
I really like you’re brand of curiousity!

Cool. Nice to not be attached to the idea of three meals per day. Intermittent fasting seems to help me with overall energy / health, but doing a 72-hour was not as clearly beneficial in that way. Overall it was a good experience though; will be trying again.
Right on.
How did 72 hours affect you?
I’ve read that day 3 is the hardest, due to depletion of glucose and failure to replace fat as energy source at that point. By day 4, 30% of energy is normal energy requirement is fat burn. Day 5 nearly 90% of regular energy need is fat.

Did you prep for the fast in any way, such as going into ketosis?
The only preparation I made was drinking organic coconut milk and eating potassium rich fruit the day before starting the fast. And each time I break fast, I eat potassium rich foods.
At 48 hours in I tested ketone levels and had reached some ketosis.
I began 72 fast today.

Metaphysics and religion are made of the condensate on the distributed deadlocks of concurrently simultaneous simulations: the questions of being, becoming, existence, and reality, the supernatural, transcendental, spiritual, fairy dust, and 🦄🌈💨 ... or maybe not?

I’ve done 24h multiple times. I want to try 48h in the next few months.
Go for it! If you can handle the first 24, the second isn’t as bad. A dull headache is about all I felt for the second day.

Just remember that ice water, brewed tea, and black coffee can curb hunger and not break a fast. Ice water has an added benefit of burning calories in order to heat yourself during the thermogenic process. It's the same principle as not eating snow during a survival situation.
Those are great things to remember! I’ve been using dandelion tea and some lavender infused herbal teas.
In a snowy survival situation it’s good to have a bottle of some kind, to melt that snow with body heat or next to a fire, before drinking.
I like you’re style Old Sparrow

Cool, what was your inspiration? Are you thinking about anything other than what you're going to break your fast with? :) I'm due for a fast too.
I read an article about a Silicon Valley executive using fasting as a performance enhancing technique (biohacking).
He travels a lot more than I do, but I was blown away with the idea of only eating when he could do so extravagantly.

I know that feeling. You get used to being hungry. I have to take some medication with food but I usually eat one meal a day. Today I was picking up some drying cleaning and the McDonald's was in front of the dry cleaners so I figured why not?
I’ve never been able to overcome my constant desire for food, especially sweets like ice cream and cookies. It’s taken a toll on me.
This is my first attempt at fasting and it’s really hard. I hope I get used to hunger. In general, I feel less bloated and ill. McRib sounds 🤤

😱 Kindest of all peeps out there. Thanks for this warm welcome. How's life going?
I highly doubt it’s the kindest, but I’ll take it! Haha
Life has been beautiful, as always, despite many stresses, lack of sleep, and declining health. Lol. Even the worst day of living is better than the best day of death. So I smile.

We're talking code here, say no more, nudge nudge, say no more. So, The Handmaid's Tale and Silicon Valley 🤔
Ah, I see.
I’m not too concerned. “They” can see everything I do, and that’s okay, because I leave them alone and they leave me alone.
My info isn’t too exciting. I go with the flow. I’m not interested in causing any trouble. I stay out of the way, and they let me be.

True that! Not sure if the simulations are unparalleled parallel or just concurrently simultaneous. Nevertheless, don't want to get stuck on the wrong branch and feel timesick. 😺⎇😿²
For our sake, I hope they’re concurrently simultaneous! That makes things really interesting 😂🧐🤯

Cool! How long are you fasting for?
Hey Bevan! I’m taking the warm up approach. I did a 24 hour fast, and then a 48 hour fast (that I just broke), and will now be going for 72 hours.
I’m using electrolyte packets once a day, providing 450mg of potassium, some magnesium, and a little calcium. But my heart is funky.
Curious: what is your greatest curiosity?

It’s fun to get creative with money. When we had paper notes in Australia I used to have ripped notes stuck together with tape all the time.
As long as someone believes it has value, then it has value.
2020 could be the year that everything turns on its head.
A new world is coming! Just how fast, is the question.

The worldview behind "be yourself" is so many are good at so much your only chance of success is building on your own passions and talents.
I agree. The only hope of standing out and finding the greatest success is to make your own path. When we try to copy or imitate another’s way of doing things, we exhaust time, attention, and energy trying to be something we are not.
There are many great ways to be true to self!

I think the social proof is almost scattering. People are a part of so many different groups now. It used to be that if you missed out on making friends in school that your social life was over. But now you can easily find another group and start over. It's refreshing in ways.
I’m so glad I live in the current world. I would have been miserable with just two or three social outlets. The world today is begging for connection, because the internet has isolated us. But interestingly enough, some of my greatest connections are 3000 miles away.
