@Sparrow hey! welcome back! i'm not leaving til thursday haha. just trying to get on with this long work week. super excited!! what have you been up to?
Hello again, haha. I’ve been pulling my hair out trying to adequately study for my medical surgical exams. I failed my most recent exam despite studying like a madman. And now my fate is decided by the final exam. I need a 78% to pass. How miserable, haha.
Is it Thursday yet?!

Nice! I was looking at those too but $300 is pretty steam right now. For $257 and $5.65 a month you can have a Horizen node up and paying you daily.
$257 and $300 are pretty much the same price haha. But what is Horizen and how much does it pay?
Hey Peepsters! I’ve been away for a week, but I got this bad boy up and running yesterday!
I wasn’t smart enough to setup my own Lightning Node. 🤫😂

Hi Matthew, Sorry, I never replied to this. It's a fun way to learn solidity, smart contracts https://cryptozombies.io/en/course/
Right on! Sorry I’ve been away for a while too!
@pluma I’ve been away for a while. How was Hawaii?

Good so basically you have 4x the position you started with, in BTC terms?
You’d hope, but no. Haha

Welcome home! This place is an exoctic vacation, one that doesn’t really grow old.

Quick just woke up without looking at prices, The crypto Phoenix will rise again. Time stamped forever on the Blockchain
My plan way back in January was to start buying all crypto again when BTC got under 4K. I’m back in

Absolutely certain we are bottoming, it could go lower, probably will, it will bounce around the bottom for maybe 8m I don’t know, when it gets back to 20K there will be an almighty fight, it will drop back about 40%, then slice through 20K #bitcoin, just saying.
I like you’re foresight! You’re probably right about 20k sell orders and people who bought at peak.
Awesome! I will keep an eye out! :)

I still love Ethereum, and love how they work with Cosmos, Polkadot, ZCash. And vice versa, they all help each other. Civil discussions with Ethereum Classic, Cardano, EOS about algorithms. Though right now? Best to be in the more established, like BTC and ETH. I'm cautious.
Yeah, Ethereum is a great project! It definitely has the most use cases right now. I got scared off back in the early days last year. I watched it go from $300 to $13 in one hour. After that I was done with ETH lol.

It does have kind of a similar vibe (without the whole letting-people-who-get-shark-wounds-die thing, hehe). A really friendly place with people from all over the world. No cell reception is an added bonus; it's a step back in time.
Haha!
It truly sounds beautiful! If you find some old pics, tag me!

I'll see if I can find some pics. It was truly amazing. I think the police were mainly looking for a crime suspect, but they were also raiding camps. I found the wreckage of a few camps while exploring the valley behind the beach. Lots of fruit trees as well, it's so cool.
It really does sound like a magical place. I’m almost imagining “the beach” kind of vibe, you know, the movie with Leo DiCaprio. Some place worth waking up to every morning.

So much drama and toxicity in the blockchain space. I try to spread out my investments, and to avoid being influenced by my personal emotions. But in the end I really love the projects that work together politely and help each other out, even if they may end up competitors.
I agree very much.
What are some of your favorite projects?

Kalalau beach is wonderful. I recommend staying for as long as possible (5 nights). Some people like it so much they live in the valley behind the beach more or less permanently. While I was there, a police helicopter landed on the beach to raid the squatters.
Haha! That last bit is great 😂🙌🏼
I must see this place now: thanks for sharing with me, Bevan!

I agree with the sentiment, guy needs help, he’s actually deranged.
We all need help. We are all much more than we can portray on social media, and I’m not sure why he’s chosen to portray himself in a negative light, but I’m not short-sighted enough to be bothered by it. He is a valuable human with much to love, regardless of not showing us that.

Lots of smoke in the bay area today. The AQI is the worst it's been in awhile (300+).
Have you seen the Biowarfare mode on a Tesla? There’s a HEPA filter in the cars that cut through the smoke and reduce the AQI like a hot knife in butter (down to 7)
No clue how this was made, but it’s wonderful

Clarity (seeing clearly) is my mental boundary. Especially in a world where people believe in some very interesting things that they are looking for consensys on.
I can grasp what you’re saying, but would like to hear you elaborate. ☺️🙏🏼
I never found my place there. That’s okay! I just didn’t quite understand the layout, or the lack of an account. I tend to “build” or “save” my profile or memories shared, and didn’t really find a way to do that. But I do love the stories I’ve found there! Some awesome people!

Mostly curiosity about what I'd look like with tunnels and plugs... I'm not sure of my target gauge at the moment, but it'll be a work in progress for awhile I think.
The curiosity must be strong! Life long decisions scare me. Your courage is cool
