Exactly! #Dapps like peepeth allow anyone to build frontend clients for the content — something that is NOT possible with Twitter or Facebook. If someone is not satisfied with this client they can build (or support the efforts of building) their own 💯

Cool! Kickstarter kind of took more effort than the reward was worth, and it was so far away too! In a community that is used to minute by minute changes in the crypto world, your new campaign sounds better! :)

Before Putin took Crimea, Ukraine had to let Crimea call itself “the Autonomous Republic of Crimea” to prevent secession. Best way to control people is by still letting them think they’re in control. They’ll try to pull this w/ #Bitcoin #Ethereum etc.

Big money always controls the outcome of big things, I’m just thankful a small group of Respectable Rebels forced the big players to recognize Bitcoin. If they didn’t take control, they would have lost control. We still win.

i moved back to CA this june. i miss hawaii every day, but needed to return to my own roots. :) the abundance of farming and fishing in the community there is overwhelming. i can't tell you how many friends literally just gave me food from the land. the spirit of aloha is real.

if you ever get the chance, don't pass it up! i lived on big island for about 7 years and while i never really got to visit the other islands, it's on the to-do list for sure. great people, great food, nature everywhere. not much more one can ask for, haha!

I do! Peepeth is a wonderful place and @bevan has done a kickass job so far. Also if enough folks disagree with Peepeth frontend then they can build one that suits their needs. The beauty of a #decentralized social network :)

Awesome! I think it's easier to let people fix their mistakes rather than change their behavior -- modern apps have trained us to rely more on the #machines being perfect rather than ourselves.

They used to, i played it many times on my youtube vids, it was called casino holdem, a variant of texas, but a great one. They may enable it again, it is a live game, not against the computer.

#lkie. A favourite sunset was Broome at the top end of Australia, cycling along the beach. I didn’t own a camera and phones weren’t mobile then (or contained cameras)

stunning. almost like a painting! my favorite sunsets have all been in hawaii so far. the best one i'd say was when my sister came to visit me and i took her to my favorite beach. we were walking back but it was really hard to leave.

So if you really want to maintain the finality of peeps, then I've recommended an option to have the confirmation window be always on. You could also add a bit more friction to peeps via UI like a slide-to-peep instead of a button.

The only two I use for the past two years is http://bitsler.win for crypto dice and http://playbitstarz.com for live interactive table games and slot machine games. Both sites accept multiple coins for deposit and withdraw. Unlike fiat casinos, crypto is instant in and out.
