thanks for addressing this. i honestly think i just need to train myself to click on the proper link ("replied" vs "peep"). sometimes my thoughts get ahead of me, haha. i am all for notification previews as well, though!

reading some of the initial replies, people don't seem stoked on social media in general. that is a hard attitude/mindset to change, even with the advantages of being decentralized. :/

I want 100k+ peepers. There will be spam. Though there will be ways to address it. We early peepers are setting the culture. Quality matters Respect matters Typos are regrettable but ok. Use matters.

You could add a user cost. Either a one off fee or a subscription. I liked an annual subscription but to get user adoption you would need a free period which then allows spam.
i would subscribe (yearly/quarterly/monthly; whatever). i know not everyone is in the same boat, though. in a "free period" the amount of actions/posts could be limited even further, no? spam seems inevitable but perhaps a little is worth an overall solution to cost.

Been working on this painting for a few weeks. My nephew Henry and niece Susannah. I just can't be satisfied with certain aspects, but at some point you have to declare your project finished. Hope they like it (one day!). :)

@lion it's weird but i noticed that gas prices were still up the other day even as ETH price was falling. not sure if there is a discernible pattern. would have to observe over a set period of time to be sure.

In a dilemma, want to keep peepin, but approaching 15 unsaved actions and it looks like avg gas price to get through network is over 8 gwei! I mean its not a lot of money, but I'm baller on a budget here :)

Wondering why these aren't more popular; guessing they don't sell as well. Would be interesting to see what variations have been tried (colors, etc) and how much that affects buying decisions.
they probably get soggy more quickly or harbor bacteria more easily (or accumulate it easily via touching). i have seen them, though, and also wish they were more abundant. you could even compost them when you're done eating the fruit. would be nice.
