Are Peepstreaks going to result in more meaningless posts, like this one?

love the shades and tones... processed via Lightroom? or direct from Camera?
This was actually processed in Lightroom 7.0 for a change. These days I'm usually using Rawtherapee on Linux. The latest version of Lightroom is proving unusable for me because it's so slow hence the old version.
Seeing a bit of an up-tick in paid activities on Earn recently. It's just a $1 of BTC at a time but for only a few seconds of my time, it's a no-brainer.

Beautiful! I've never been to Shanghai. I've heard it's very nice though and would like to visit. How is the pollution? Do you have to wear a mask when out and about?
What pollution? I haven't felt the need to wear a mask for over five years. Western media love to illustrate stories about Shanghai with stock shots of a hazy cityscape. We still get those days, clear skies like this are more common now.

Incredible
Things I like about China.
This afternoon at 3 pm I finally clicked the button and bought a new Peak Design Sling 5L camera bag on jd.com. Been thinking about it for a while.
At 7:15 pm the doorbell rings. With a grin, the guy announces "P.D." and hands me a package.
Meanwhile, on the Shanghai Brick Plantation, harvest time approaches. :-)

I was the only one on the pier. Wind was icy
Cool sky, (using both meanings of the word cool).
Just a thought @bevan. When you include basic HTML tags in a Peep and auto-post to Twitter, the tags are posted too. It might look better if the post was 'sanitized' before posting to Twitter.

The fun of using a smartphone is that you can choose a camera app before you start and just stick with that app and its flavor of photography. This week, I'm using Filmborn (28mm Ilford PAN-F) as my camera.

beautiful photo and lovely bokeh.. clicked using mobile? #lkie
No. Canon EOS-M6 with 11-22mm lens at 11mm. Copied to mobile over wifi and edited in Snapseed. Posted from there.

I use Facebook for photos for grand parents and only a little bit of twitter. I am pretty much all in on Peepeth.
I still have a bunch of friends (online and IRL) who are unlikely to get involved in crypto anytime soon so I'm probably still more active on Farcebook and Twitter. Ongoing issues with Peepeth and VPNs are also a barrier.
I accidentally used #lkie on Twitter. Shhhhhh, I think I got away with it.

How about a new tag #photowalks and a great photo, I love this kind of thing.
Good idea Nick. Got a bonafide, proper photowalk coming up next Sunday. Trey Ratcliff will be in town. I'll try to remember to tag properly. :-)
Symmetry. I went for a short photowalk this morning.

Hello 🐧 world
Hello and welcome to Peepeth.
Interested to see that Trust doesn't seem to support custom keyboards but Toshi does. Looks like I'll be using Toshi from now on. I like to swipe.

Are there any (a) software engineers on Peepeth/my Twitter? Or (b) entreprenuers who have studied softeng? I’d like to ask: * (a) did you study softeng? * (a) if so, what are the pros/cons of studying&working softeng? * (b) does softeng significantly help you as an entrepreneur?
* (a) yes
* (b) studying gives background and theory, but no substitute for experience.
* (c) It doesn't and it never did (I'm not really an entrepreneur these days).

Have a great weekend everyone. What are your plans?
Well, I wasn't planning on overdoing my physio, but it seems that I may have done so anyway. Ouch. :-) Taking my youngest for an assessment for (we hope) her new school tomorrow. Probably catch up on "Humans" later. What about you?
Today is listening to "Listening to Pictures" day. The new Jon Hassell album is finally here.

Enjoy your visit. :-)

I like Visual Studio Code for Solidity development (though I have been a C# developer for years)
Also, Microsoft is one of the biggest contributors to GitHub so the purchase makes sense.

Beautiful shot
Thanks, Nick, and welcome to Peepeth.
Over the past couple of weeks I've been posting some of my processed 'watercolours' here. As they've been generally well received, I decided to put together a website for them.
It's early days yet, but you can see progress so far at:

Not abstract at all. It's clearly a small, blue bird. A finch or warbler perhaps.
Thank you for the tip.

Hi Thank you for letting me know this. I have fixed this issue, and it should be ok now.
Seems to be fixed now. Thanks.

Playing about with some abstract watercolour effects

@ookimaki Having some issues uploading to DigitalArtChain. The site says "Only jpeg/gif/png files are allowed!" but I'm uploading jpg's
Just wanted to say, if you like piano and a bit of electronic, @TristanEckerson 's discography is an absolute steal on bandcamp at the moment. https://tristaneckerson.bandcamp.com/

I think I found this through the song you posted awhile ago; it may be the same record label. Cheers!
Well, that's a cool coincidence. I saw Nils Frahm last Sunday, he's on Erased Tapes. What goes around, comes around.

Oh I have not yet considered the recommended size.. Which size is your digital art?? I also add function minimize image file size in preview.
I had the same issue with a portrait image. I can't remember what I did, I think I may have hit Tab or Space or even PgDn. One them suddenly scrolled me to the bottom of the page revealing the buttons.

Has this been relaunched? Or is it a clone of sorts? I remember buying a tile like two months ago, but it looks unsold now.
I don't know. I only came across it by accident when browsing around OpenSea.
Is anyone here playing DWorld? Buying and selling plots of land on the 'chain, just for fun.

First Digital Art was sold for 0.019ETH in http://digitalartchain.com Wow!!
Yay! I really didn't expect to sell anything. BTW, the original photo behind this was taken in Kagoshima so even cooler that the first sale should be of a Japanese image. :-)

Thank you for using digital art chain. I saw your digital art is being sold on market. Did you draw those picture?? Those are cool...
I start off with photos from my camera or phone and then I process them in an app on my iPad or iPhone called Waterlogue which gives them the cool watercolor effect.

Glad it eventually worked! VPNs are causing some posting issues but I'm working on a fix for at least some of those problems.
Ha!, Sorry, that was in response to an issue with DigitalArtChain, not with Peepeth this time. :-)

Trying to upload now, but after a short burst of network activity, nothing happens for a while and then it displays a broken image icon. Do you have a file size limit enabled?
Update: I managed to upload eventually. Seems the issue was with my VPN.
