Don't remember where I got them years back, but thank you to whoever gave my Cryptogs. I started playing again and it's so much fun. P.S - I also lost a lot in a recent match. Please sir may I have some more? lol

I'll second the thanks. I never played, but, over the last 4 weeks, I sold all of mine. Which was nice.

3: Did the video show any evidence that the apartment was occupied? Perhaps the occupants had been removed to a more secure quarantine center as they apparently broke self-quarantine.

4: (and final) I don't have answers. Like you, I can apply scepticism and realize that the half-truths and unsubstantiated claims that your video presents as fact may actually be wrong.

2: You called it lockdown. In the article, it's clearly referred to as quarantine. There is a difference. Allegedly, the residents have broken quarantine, potentially putting other lives at risk. How should the authorities deal with quarantine breakers? Enforce quarantine or arrest, so spreading the virus?

So, grant me the #freedom to be #skeptical. I know from your video that those are both important to you. This may take more than one peep, I'll try to keep it brief. 1: An Indian TV channel. India isn't renowned for its friendship with China. It's possible that there's an editorial bias to cast China in a poor light.

Haha. As somebody who has lived in China for 12 years and has been here since the very beginning of the pandemic, I'm struggling to remember the bit where we were "locked in our residences without key (whatever that means) or food."

It's a good idea, though it does bring with it potential criticism if their beliefs consistently get labeled as #misinfo. Maybe just a general #indebate tag would work better? Would also work to capture longer multi-peep discussions peeps may not want to see

Good point @byrdbrnz #misinfo is probably too judgemental and could easily be weaponised to hide valid debates.

That's really my point: it shouldn't be, but it's been made so. (At least, in the US.)

Point taken. The attitude of people who equate common-sense actions that protect people with attacks on their personal freedom beggars belief. Maybe a #misinformation tag would be more appropriate.

After complaining about the number of crypto posts a couple of days ago, I almost posted about crypto today. D'oh. I stopped myself in time and posted it to Twitter instead. :-)

I'm not sure I'd include mask wearing and proof of vaccination as <i>losing freedom</i>. At any rate, even for low-risk folks like us, it's not about us; it's for those that are high risk, so we don't get <i>them</i> sick. This prolly needs a #politics tag, too. 😑

What's political about it?

Three years ago, I switched to Linux as my daily driver on my laptop because I hated Windows 10. Now, I find myself using Microsoft's IDE (VS Code) and Microsoft's Browser (Edge Dev channel) daily. And they're both "best in class".

How things have changed.

(I still hate Windows though)

Welcome back @fraser Did you see any improvements or changes since last time you peeped? I wonder what changed, it anything, in 2 years..

As you already noted, the early users don't seem to be posting much. The last post from @Bevan was 5 or 6 days ago I think. One of the reasons I drifted away is that a huge proportion of chat here seemed to revolve around crypto. I know early adopters are going to be crypto folk, but do we have nothing else to talk about? :-)

My go-to is No Such Thing As A Fish, hosted by four of the writers and researchers on the British panel show QI (Quite Interesting). Hilarious and fascinating.

I was about to jump in and say I never listen to podcasts when your reply reminded me that I do enjoy No Such Thing as a Fish though, TBH, I haven't listened in a while.

I just checked in after a two-year hiatus. I was #720, so not exactly a first user, but certainly an early one.

Smart @Bevan for using a unique name. I tried to Google `Textile` and, of course, got reams of results about cloth and nothing about whatever the `Textile` in this list is.

Isn't that your `Friends` feed? Top right, between New and Notifications.

For those looking to passively earn Bitcoin, it would be well worth looking at the Earn app. They basically pay you for the privilege of being able to market directly to you. #earn #btc #crypto #passiveincome #eth #marketing earn.com/honeybadger81/referral/?a=pilth9wk4qrutlza

I find that, recently, a lot of the people paying to market to me on Earn are actually paying to make me: join their telegram group, sign up for their newsletter, their app, follow their twitter, etc. It's a lot to expect for a buck.

I don't think so. And anyway, this is in reply to the original "A" so this is actually "B". But do check the posts for "A" and "C", neither of which resembles the letter. :-P
