I had a dream that I got a face tattoo of the owl tattoo I have on my shoulder last night... What is wrong with my brain?
I dreamt that my girlfriend gained so much weight that I didn't even recognise her. #nojoke

Bear markets are a great time to up your adoption game. Posting to Peepeth and supporting content creators with Brave browser, buying coffee & food with Bitcoin, paying friends back with crypto instead of Venmo, making some Everipedia improvements...

Wow... Today I learned! Much respect to the Swiss for such a system, and specifically for focusing on non-recreational & CBD-heavy strains. Very smart from a governmental perspective.
It's a nice trade-off.

What does everyone think about the policy of legal cannabis? For it? Against it? We're a month away from being able to purchase it in stores in Canada. I'm curious to see how well the system will be implemented.
In Switzerland we have legal cannabis that you can buy pretty much everywhere. It is cannabis containing less than 1% of THC and contains a lot of CBD. You can smoke it to get some relaxing and pain-reducing effects. But not to get high. All regulated by the state.

Hi everyone! I’m glad to announce Unofficial Peepeth Client for iOS devices (github.com/matterinc/PeepethClient). My colleague and I made it during hack.summit hackathon. This project shows how easy it is to implement blockchain solutions (DApps) right on your device!

Will you be using Google free scratch programming curriculum? They offer workbooks and everything you need to run the class for kids. https://csfirst.withgoogle.com/en/home
😱 No I didn't know they have some free material. Thanks for pointing this out, will check it out for my next lecture!
Replying to @Bevan (0x30755d3e65c0cf46c35b72d11e52d941c5fc3a3e)
That's awesome. Is this part of their regular curriculum? I wish I had learned programming at an earlier age.
Unfortunately it is not. It's an optional course, so they have to choose it among many courses. But the kids coming to these lectures a really motivated. Today one of the kids told me that one day he wants to be a professional hacker. 😂

I bet you did great.
I really hope. It was not that easy. For the first lecture I had 6 students and they all had different skill levels for Scratch. For the second lecture I had only 2 students and again one already used Python and the other one never touched it.
First two real lectures done! 👌🏼

Yeah i know but it keeps telling me my information is wrong,im just not going to worry about doing it.
Explain your problem to @bevan, through the feedback feature. The button is at the bottom right of the screen. I think there is a bug, because the process should be pretty easy.

All the best and share your experience here..I am assuming you are teaching programming to kids based on your earlier peeps
I'm still a student, starting my Master degree this semester. But alongside my studies I teach programming to young kids. Thank you, will give my best.

My problem is I have metmask on brave but when i try to verify my identity on twitter i come unstuck with try again incorrect
I never did it, but I think all you have to do is to post the tweet (on Twitter) that is given on the verification page here on Peepeth, enter the link of the tweet, enter you twitter @-handle and confirm. Then you have to wait.

i think he is mostly wanting it on mobile and i think Brave doesnt have that option in mobile
Yeah sorry, it is on desktop.

I'm using the Brave browser but I'm old school so I'm not super proficient.
You can install the MetaMask extension in Brave. It's what I'm using.

Tomorrow I have to teach my first real lecture. Until now it was only summer camps or workshops. Tomorrow I have a class of ~10 kids from 9 to 14 and I'll be their teacher for the whole year.
@itsarnavb Thank you for this generous action!

Nice! Is this programming? Cool that the age range is pretty wide.
Yup, will be teaching Scratch and Python. I teach two hours a week, maybe four (still have to accept the job - depends on my schedule for university). The first hour Scratch with the younger ones and the second hour Python with the older ones.

Really nice! Is someone using asure.io here on Peepeth?
Buidling my schedule for the master degree - I have to plan the next 4 semesters. I hate doing this, so many options, so little time.

Instead of just hard limit of 1 Enso/day. There could be an increment of the limit by the number of Ensos we receive. So one a day + Ensos received #makepeepethgreat
It's true that this is great idea!
Replying to @jvck (0x49f7729c66b66cbf0a2e174ff4487be22027177c)
Sometimes I simply forget to use it. But when I come across a peep I really like I am happier to spend this Ensō on it than I would be by just giving it a like. Maybe we would need some kind of reminder or a little banner on the side which indicates that we still have it unspent.
@layton Great googly groovy gratitude. Thanks so much for your Ensō!

A countdown would be great - currently I either try to give an enso but can't, or assume I can't when I can. Just need it to be more clear 😊
Also a cool idea. +1
