Their answer: Firstly if you have 2FA enabled, just gaining access to your phone number is never enough to reset your passwd. Secondly, if a reset is successful it doesn’t take effect for 24h and a mail is sent to the account notifying you and giving you the ability to cancel it.
The problem with the guy in the article is that he got notifications, BUT he didn't act on them.
People like me who don't check their emails everyday are a point of failure in this system, because they won't act within 24h, and the security measures will thus be ineffective. -_-

Online identity is a tough one to manage regardless of where you land. Someone can always use anything against you. Better be prepared, but hacks will still happen at some point.

Wholemeal bread/oats/protein clusters/peanut butter
Rice/Semolina/Couscous+Chapati/Roti/Pappadum
Lentils/Chickpeas/(Red & Black & Soya)Beans
Eggs/Soya clusters (aka dried tofu)/(Haloumi)Cheese/Milk/Natural yoghurt
All sorts of nuts and vegetables, but onion/kale. :)

Seeds team uses the Seed token (ERC-20) to grant access to their "request for help" platform (I sent you some).
Essentially, you fill in a form with your need and it gets submitted to the community. The more specific your request, the quicker it will get answered. No bank needed.

No doubt about that. I believe it's very difficult to eat healthy without meat. But I'm sure it's possible as well. I'm very much for a revolution in how we consume meat. I feel like we're totally turned off from death as a society, we don't really appreciate animal nor human deaths. That strikes me as the second-worst thing about how we consume meat (the first being the nasty conditions most animals live in.)
Erm, I'm pretty healthy/fit being a vego. I've never really liked meat/fish from my childhood and found it too costly as a young adult. It was easy to phase it out of my diet 10 years ago.
That said, Iron jabs and supplements are my new staple...maybe I'm not quite off the hook.

I think this premature feeling of "I'm a good person" is holding humanity back and preventing us from progressing and becoming better. Guilt is actually good sometimes. We should feel compelled to make things better, not feel like we figured it all out & "it's not my problem"
If taken too far, guilt can lead to "alarmism", which is emotionally fuelled and doesn't help with finding reasonable and sustainable solutions to problems.
Perfectionism brings strong improvements in the long term, but it comes at the price of an enduring Imposter syndrome. :(

I went to the Renaissance Festival yesterday here in Atlanta. Had a good time. I may have had a few ciders and enjoyed some music. The archery was bad. Arrows all out of wonk and only a 20 pound bow. Traffic was crazy though. Still it was fun.
Getting stuck on the stocks is always a nice (temporary) experience... :)

Who else would it be but the traders themselves? This tech has become their bread and butter. They regularly need to test how far they can go transacting through it before it creates problems for their portfolios.
