Plum dumplings are a traditional dessert in this part of Europe. In Romania they are called găluște or gomboți. Ripe plums are wrapped in potato dough, rolled in bread crumbs and fried. Once cut, the plum juice soaks the dough and they are yummy. And then this great ad 😁
