I have seen such views only through satellite imagery , viewing it by our own eyes live is just amazing, how was your adrenaline rush before the jump

Sweet! What's an unstable exit? Are you working towards a certification?
An unstable exit is where the instructor pushes you out of the plane and you must gain control during free fall.

Flew my first 360-degree turn and 4,500 foot canopy deployment last weekend! Unfortunately my Level 6 jump (unstable exit at 12,500 feet) got winded out and has to wait. :-(
I made it -- one year! -- and all I can say is: Wow.

Awesome! Would you say skydiving or bungee jumping was a more intense experience? About time I found out for myself :)
They are each intense for different reasons. I like them both - but I especially like skydiving as I learn to fly my body better... and flying under the canopy is incredible.

I drove there with the intention of jumping. I could feel my hands sweating on the steering wheel as I approached. The winds were too high to jump that day, so I'll have to go back. @zoe have you been bungee jumping yet?

#BearsofPeepeth My wife corrected me that the Egypt photos were 2002 (when I had a digital camera) not 1998 (when I had film).
Love these. I lived in Egypt for two years, in total - I first ventured up the Nile while I was studying abroad as a 19yo kid.

Ever since I read "Born to Run" I've worn flat shoes. I wear these to the gym and while hiking. Need a new pair :)

What I'm interested in is some sort of mechanism that selects for good content - kind of like a decentralized newspaper with liquid democracy as an editor, I guess.

I vote for some form of feed similar to tumblr where you can see posts from people you follow or authorize to see. An alternate stream like this one could still be available though it is a great way to get to know the community.

For sure - but note that I am talking about the feed I receive - not just my own contributions.
I would spend good ETH to curate my feed into a constructive, useful and inspiring stream of dialogue and information.
