Good luck and productivity to you, friend. If you haven't exercised in a while expect blood production to go back up by a liter. This will make you feel better but also make you gain a little water weight. It will even out. Just keep doing the right things. You can do this.

Second year nursing student with a lifelong interest in health related topics, and I’m just now realizing why we initially swell up and “retain” fluid... haha. Thanks for the insight man.

Hunger won't kill you. Tea with nothing in it can kill hunger pretty easily. Tongkat Ali fasted works wonders but it's mostly not eating. Read papers not articles. Sleep in total darkness. We lose most of our weight during sleep so get good sleep. Thermogenic effects are huge.

That’s genius. No wonder I’m fat! I never sleep

Hmm. I see, it's sad how parents always want us to be who they imagine us to be and not who we want ourselves to be. You mentioned something interesting - We still love - In spite of the wedge between you two. If I may, What is love? I'm yet to get a definition for it

I believe there are several different kinds of love. There is a love for a spouse that is passionate, there is a love for a friend that is protective, there is a love for family that is patient, there is a love for God that is pure.

How do you see love?

How long is the site up? It usually takes Google about 2 months to index it. You can request it to be added. Make sure things like SEO/meta tags, etc, are in place as well, this will help it get picked up by other search engines.

Thank you for the bits of information! SEO is taken care of through Yoast Premieum, and Meta tags are just how it’s listed on searches right? Can I force google to index through Search Console?

I'm inclined to believe that 5g/increased EMFs is causing cancer (at the very least disrupting sleep which causes cancer), and additionally fluoride isn't as necessary as we think it is. Both seem like hamhanded solutions to problems without thinking of consequences

I’m inclined to agree with you! Haha.

When I discovered which water the presidents have been drinking for a century or more, I knew our water was “poison.”

When I discovered the elite sleep in faraday cages hidden behind their walls, I knew we were being subject to damage.

Haha! Didn't this affect your relationship with who whipped you with the rod on a long run? I've observed that it does, even in my personal life.

The rod did not affect our relationship. But rather, his resentment of me for being unbreakable and too intelligent to manipulate is what drove a wedge between us. I was unable to be the kind of son he desired, and he was unable to be the kind of dad I desired. We still love

My name is as German as it gets, but I’m actually more Swedish. And secondly, I wish more people knew about the history of water fluoridation, the history of vaccinations, the history of plastics and their effect on the body, the history of chemtrails, and the implications of 5G

During that same period of time, when cancer was created, vaccines were grown on the organ tissue of animals that were carrying cancer, and millions of vaccines and sugar cubes that were given in the 50’s and 60’s literally infected the masses. Cancer rates from 1/100 to 1/2 now.

Cancer was created in a laboratory. Mutations were created and multiplied and concentrated with radiation exposure. It was intended to be used as a silent weapon to kill Castro, etc.

There’s far too little space to list the histories lol. But to highlight, fluoride is the main ingredient in rat poison. It kills brain cells. It binds to aluminum in the body. It causes fluorosis (which looks just like “osteoporosis”), and used by Hitler to dumb down the gen pop

Two nights ago, I heard a child continually cry or rather scream - soul piercing screams - in pain, I could also hear the sounds of whips hitting flesh... So I ask, "does spare the rod and spoil the child" necessarily mean beat the hell out of a child?

I’m sorry you had to hear that. And I’m sorry for the kid. I’ll be honest, I was the kid of kid that could be whipped with a belt 50 times and still turn around and spit at my dad. I don’t ever agree with abuse, but there is a fine line. If we love our kid we’ll correct them. 💔
