Plastic or Planet? Yesterday I've attended the National Geographic Summit 2019 in my city, Porto, and it was amazing! Learned a lot.

Ideally, you would be able to use a hardware wallet for everything - and maybe have a copy or two of that hardware wallet. Of course, if someone gets access to the seed words.. then you have a big problem. Can't wait to see what @Bevan is cooking up on that front.
Exactly πI'll probably get a hardware wallet soon! I have a friend that has a Ledger one.

Then your accounts... gets... somehow... compromised... This is an issue for dApps broadly. I think @Bevan is working on an additional layer of security...
Yes... I was just wondering, it can be so easy to lose my entire identity with a mistake. The security is somehow centralized because everything depends on our mnemonic, private key, etc..
What happens to our Peepeth account if our wallet gets, somehow, compromised? π€

Awesome. Thank you very much. Was it pretty straightforward? Hope to get the single language page working this week. Just need to write a simple function that copies the single translation to the human translations sheet when a user clicks save...
Yes, it was πSome of the sentences lacked, perhaps, a little bit of context in order to have a more accurate translation. I left some of those empty because of it...

I'd also like feedback if you do use it. Might seem overwhelming at first. The machine translations are all pulled on the fly from Google translate. Works great on desktop, haven't tested on mobile yet. You find you language on the right and the source stays on the left. WIP
I'm already contributing! πͺ

I just added GitHub verifications, so developers who are not on Twitter can now get verified. If you get both verifications, you can choose which verification badge to show, and it will be shown darker. I'll be adding more verifications later (including URLs); ideas appreciated!
Nice! Gitlab verification would be nice πͺ

Testing Peepeth (http://peepeth.com) for the first time! Lots of things I'm impressed by! * Good UI * "Opinionated features" * Charity stickers, going to the Against Malaria Foundation https://peepeth.com/malaria * Ability to peep and tweet at the same time
Welcome!

Let's start designing our decentralized world together! Can't wait to try this new meaningful platform. If you are working on any blockchain or tangle related project and are in need of a designer, send me a peep! Peep out.
Welcome :)

Good news! I've extended free peeping to all who've verified their Twitter accounts, and also lowered the other thresholds (50 peeps; 7 days). So @MyCrypto can now peep for free π§π§π§
Thank you! π

Pedro, why? Is the benefit to have a blog site where the connect is immutable? or to have mechanism to pay/charge users for reading? thx
No one would control your articles, and you could be rewarded for your content π
How cool would it be if we had a decentralized Medium on the Ethereum Blockchain? π₯
I guess this is my first peep :b I'm excited!
