One of my fave places in the whole wide world! I remember visiting with my family as a child. My granny and a whole bunch of cousins lived in Normandie and this was always a highlight!

Yeah you should... look up the Ramsey recipe and then go to your local Indian takeaway for the Naan bread! I really have no motivation to try Naan @ home!!!

This ones for you @pluma - but it dates back to April 2018 when I was still becoming friends with my new oven... scones with jam and whipped cream... enjoyed with tea in my teacups picked up in a charity shop!

Looks great! Making sushi is a lot harder than it looks.

We have a three milk cake too. In Spanish we call it Thres Leches. It's made with evaporated milk, condensed milk, and whole milk

Stephanie "Bosnian" Leclercq :) I haven't tried that Greek milk burek yet, but it does look like a Trileçe cake (Three milk cake) that I ate in Albania. Kudos for experimenting with them!

Absolutely... this definitely is the next one on my list and I was looking at recipes last night! Kataifi would be a bit more challenging with the dough so not likely to try that! I will use this recipe thank you :)
Another family favorite you can't find on on the Isle of Man... sushi! I started learning from youtube videos a few months ago and it's starting to look more convincing! My fishmonger always gives me the freshest salmon for my sushi!

The egaming companies operate globally from here... the locals are not big online gamers! So the revenue as % of GDP would be from global gamblers... I thought it was higher.

As such, they are vulnerable to financial enslavement. That is what is happening with regards to debt. Call it what you like. We are, indeed, exploited, as small people, very often. Want a college degree? Go into insane debt. You are now owned.
You are owned and not guaranteed any income to pay off that debt... this model is clearly not working. yes us peepers are the fortunate few and hopefully our next generation can benefit from this.
