I wasn't alone in my admiration for Josh either. TO this day the most powerful video I have ever watched is Josh's farewell haka, you can just feel the emotion of his team mates. https://www.facebook.com/PakurangaCollege/videos/1027407107290377/
thank you for sharing your memory of josh and the haka for him. no doubt that he would be proud of the person you are becoming each day. π

Given rapid climate change, where do you think the best places to live will be in 20 years? Strictly speaking climate. In the US, I'm thinking Pennsylvania, inland Virginia, upstate New York. More globally -- Switzerland, New Zealand, Venezuela?
the moon. see y'all there! ππ

Is anyone else terrified of having spelling / grammar mistakes recorded for all time on an immutable platform?
the best part about being an over-analyzer is that the mistakes are usually noticed and prevented before committing. however, at least a mistake here and there shows that we're human. π

You use a furnite slider and slide backwards, yeah. And absolutely. I usually swing by the monkey bars on my bike home from work. Always amazed by how much more alive and relaxed I feel after hanging.
furniture slider, huh? πinteresting! never thought those buggahs could be used for much else haha.

I've been dealing with this for 10 years and do not have a great solution. But what people suggest here do help somewhat. Hanging from bars, lower back stretches, yoga, standing desks. Just be sure to be consistent and do these things a few times a week if not everyday.
laying on the floor/stretching last night definitely helped. gonna revisit that one again tonight haha. i'm sorry you've had to go through it for so long. :( hopefully you are able to find some relief these days as well!

Lots of lower back pain from working in front of a computer and poor core. Keep changing your position. Good luck.
thank you! sometimes i am subject to standing in one place for long periods of time. i guess i'll start stretching in the middle of the kitchen again. π

Not to a heavy degree, but Iβve heard decompression (via hanging from a bar) and backwards arm walks down a hall do wonders
@bevan i assume he means a crab walk? backward? haha.
@scaur decompression would probably relieve a lot of the tension. time to go find something to hang off of. π

Flat-soled shoes seemed to fix the lower back pain I used to have.
still wearing slippahs everywhere, i am having a hard time giving them up haha. otherwise, the work shoes are pretty supportive. will probably need to look into options for fall, though. thanks!

https://www.thesleepjudge.com/sleeping-on-the-floor-bad-or-good/ - My lower back was always tweeked from Oly Lifting and job. I decided to try sleeping on small camp pad after a JRE podcast about minimalist living. It sucked at first but 3 months later love it!!! Craziness
laying on a flat surface for a while definitely tends to help. maybe my mattress isn't firm enough? however, this is a pretty sudden onset and not gradual pain (that is manageable; this is not). i think i did something, but can't identify what. the floor it is!
anyone here have experience with lower back/sciatic pain? would love to be able to move faster at work tomorrow. π’

After blending somewhat and adding spices and herbs. Final product looks pretty grim but tastes like pure health. Looking forward to the next attempt.
it looks like soup. i wonder if it would taste good warm? π #eatatpeepeth
