Yep, the cornel cherry (a Georgian fruit) with cinnamon cone: was delicious. Georgians have amazing food. Iβm near disbelief a country exists with so much delicious wine, cheese, fruit, spiced foods, pastries β they even have their own citrus-infused type of coffee.
sounds absolutely heavenly. will definitely have to make a stopover there one day, if not for the history and food alone (and the history of the food!). you've found yourself in the middle of something pretty special, james. thanks so much for sharing it with us!

I got a coffee flavored with orange and performed my favorite party trick (the two-armed bandit) to an enthralled guest of a kitten and her mother. Then 5pm: Went to Tbilisi Mall, got power cords, a pillow + sheet set, plus new white shirt. Once again much cheaper than expectedβ¦
taking "planking" to the extreme. π i'm sure momma and baby appreciated your antics, haha! #lkie

We made a beeline to visit the seal pup this morning. He's doing great despite stormy weather!!! It seemed like he was waving up at us from his protected little cove down below! Won't be long until he goes on his way...I will miss him.

I'm not sure I succeeded anything yesterday, other than the extremely difficult task of unbuttoning that jacket! But I've noticed that success is a "two step forward, one step back" kind of process for me, and likely most of us!
oh so they aren't for show then? that's dedication to fashion! πand i definitely feel you on that particular process. as long as we're learning something from it each time, i'm not entirely certain it's all that bad! (and sometimes steps like to take themselves, like it or not!)
sis and i are having a conversation about "puttering" and "putzing" around at home. specifically, the timeframe in which one putters/putzes, how much puttering/putzing is acceptable before total procrastination sets in, and how sleep is affected by these inescapable actions. π€π

You do realise that the world population has grown from 1 billion to 7 billion in a hundred years. So how many transgender people do you feel were around 100 years ago?
the simplest answer to your question is that it doesn't matter, david. :) we're all people, we're all going through life, and the least we can do is practice love and compassion to make the days a little more bearable for one another while we're here.

Most of these people just feel a need to identify with something, to be part of a group. Nothing to do with gender transition. Like being a punk rocker a skinhead or a mod. We have seen this through history.
being transgender is not like putting on a costume or an outfit to satisfy an appearance. and trying to compare biological identity to identifying as an inanimate object is a poor argument. you probably have met someone who is transgender, you just don't know it. :)
