The xylo in the medley may sound bad on some speakers/headphones.

This looks cool. Is it a structure held together only with tension? Is it springy?
Yea tensegrity structures have their own pull/push system that equalize and are light weight.
Buckminster Fuller is someone to look into if you're interested, he was big on dynamic maximum tension (dymaxion), tension integrity (tensegrity), geodesic spheres and our future.

Have you seen holotropic breathwork?
Wim seems like he's using holotropic breathing, but is there a distinct difference I'm not catching?
Info and tips on how breathing changes the carbon dioxide/oxygen level in the blood which changes blood pH and thus alters the way the brain interprets stimuli and emotion.
Breathing exercises can increase blood alkalinity and metabolic rate for quicker neurotransmitter firing.

If the most prominent competition between all of the world's nations was a competition to be the most moral and ethical place on the planet, the result would be a non-zero-sum game where one nation's actions is likely to benefit other nations and their people too.

Surrender is the simple but profound wisdom of yielding to rather than opposing the flow of life. The only place where you can experience the flow of life is the Now, so to surrender is to accept the present moment unconditionally and without reservation. -Eckhart Tolle

I've been working on an app that was promised in Peepeth's crowdfunding campaign. The app infers many aspects of your personality from your public social media posts. Want to try the closed beta? Let me know and I'll put you on the list.
I havn't gotten the "know yourself" thing to work yet. The problem I'm having is that after signing the message that it wants me to, it takes me right back to the home page and not to any "know yourself" page. Please let me know if I'm doing something wrong or not.

Questions: On the smallest level, is everything composed of Planck particles, quanta, quarks, or something else? Is their aim to "will to life?"

Awesome quote. If only we could download it to our OS. Like many others, it seems like it would be hard to keep it top-of-mind so that it could guide our actions. What's the solution? More exposure to these fleeting portals to our better selves? An earnest devotion to a spiritual path? Grateful for the reminder!
The first solution is awareness, including self-knoweldge. Then it's about unification. Fit everything under one umbrella, then fit all those umbrellas together under a new umbrella, continually unify them, into a coherent whole, aim for synergy- then the end is love, and art.
"Love means acceptance of oneself and of others in their totality of their being. Love embraces all; it does not mean that we accept only partial aspects of ourselves, of others, of the world, but that we accept the whole and find it good." - Walter Weisskopf

"in the moment of death many people undergo the curious sensation not only of accepting but of having willed everything that has happened to them. This is not willing in the imperious sense; it is the unexpected discovery of an identity between the willed and the inevitable."
