correct me if i'm wrong but steemit is a mess because everything is based on money and people got greedy. nothing organic sees the light of day when users can buy their own upvotes and follows.

Anyone have any thoughts on eliminating character limits for peeps and instead charging ETH based on blocks of characters, i.e. every 200 characters cost x amount of ETH to save to the blockchain.
