I've found that striving for balance over a week is more realistic than over a day. That lets me get deeper on any given thing without the pressure of moving on to the next. Not enough hours in the day :)

Thanks for the suggestion, will check this out. The copy on the cover reminds me of "Mini Habits", a book that calls for setting really small habits (ie 1 pushup upon waking), the idea being that consistency is key and we'll actually do more than we set out to.

I forgot to add sex but that’s assumed in everyone’s ideal day I’m sure. Then morning: • wake 4-11am depending on season • fresh air, breath hard, move & strengthen • go for a walk preferably with a doge • high protein/fat breakfast, coffee or tea What’s your ideal day Peepeth?
My ideal is fairly similar. I like to hit the gym first thing, and skip breakfast (eating 2-3 hours after the gym). Maybe not 100% ideal for recovery, but I get my best work done fasted.
I like your mix of work / fun / self dev.
Can you explain seasonal waking times?

Ideal workday: • phone on airplane mode • priorities 100% clear before I reach the “office” • schedule blocked into 2-6 hour increments • phone on briefly - batch Signal calls while walking, batch email/@KeybaseIO chats when back • phone off, work • study • lunch • work • workout

That’s amazing! I feel like it’s a genuine addiction for me. I can go one day but the second day every cell in my body is screaming for simple energy.
I've been there too. Setting up my environment (getting rid of / not buying stuff I didn't want to eat) was pretty key to easing the transition for me.

I have a suggestion. As the index of all users is stored on centralized db, I suggest storing that on dat:// protocol. And every new account, a new update/publish/commit on dat

Some very tough decisions need to be taken before this - there's no way to get to see all these historic sites in one summer, but how to decide which ones to prioritize? Visiting by geographical proximity or historical era?! O_o
Prioritizing by wine region is one way to do it :)

@Bevan, I've loaded the page quickly even with slow connection (thanks to a previous browser cache) and it showed 3 unsigned actions. After I did a need action, it updated from cache and showed 1 unsigned action. You could make this refresh as automatic.
Thanks for letting me know. Perhaps you had signed your 3 actions in another browser tab? Taking an action should refresh the correct unsaved action count (if I understand the issue correctly).

Feeling like reborn after a 2-day fight against the influenza virus. Lots of sleep and meditation and - besides some ibuprofen against the headache - without medication it feels great to be back.

I hate being sick. Got flu shot even. But got flu. Never felt worse in my life. Tamiflu = voodoo rocket science. Almost worth the $800 cash price. Thankful for good insurance, my price was only $50. American healthcare is shit, but for today, thankful for the research to Tamiflu

Fish sauce is an interesting one. I've had it on countless occasions when I was younger, but it's one generally pass on now. It may be tasty, but the smell just isn't worth it to me.
It can indeed be pretty intense as a dipping sauce. I usually use it in cooking (for curry usually) to make dishes more savory, and I can't really smell or taste it per se. It just makes the flavor more full.

Ok, now that its free to signup, where are stored the Peepeth profiles?
Account info is stored on IPFS. Before, people would send transactions to the blockchain themselves containing their account info, but now Peepeth sends signed data on their behalf.
Cabbage may not sound delicious but if you braise it with scallions and stock it becomes really good. This was before it went into the oven, unfortunately it was eaten before I could take the after pic.
