Apart from you, anyone you would suggest I follow?
@bevan the Peepeth creator for sure. But I would suggest you read the "New" feed and follow the people you find the most interesting.

Ouch. Will hang off on deploying that contract.
Maybe better to not do that right now.

You can help pinning data for peepeth since a few days already : https://medium.com/@sponnet/peepeth-now-always-available-b1a43f382058
Nice! Will look into it. Thanks!

I very much appreciate how @bevan is rethinking the whole social media experience. Enso instead of likes. You can only pin other users' posts. The more I see the more I like. Good work, man.

Can you see your unsaved peeps somewhere? And edit them?
Edit is only available in the back end for now. But this will come in the future.

Hi @jvck (does this create a link on peepeth.com front end?)! I can see my peep on IPFS, cool: https://ipfs.io/ipfs/QmUpxEesXXWHFR1g734Hp2AzJpALSgVwxvC7Aui46DmNJ8
Cool huh?
AFAIK nodes delete/wipe data that has not been accessed for some time (which can be configured for each node). So it would be as you say, Peepeth would need some nodes to guarantee that no data is ever deleted. (I may be wrong.)

Oh, I see.... the transaction history is local only it seems. Cipher sounds really a ledger, owners can check their complete history easily. Great!
Yup
After how much time of no access does IPFS delete data?

I will when they are also a dApp browser on iOS.
Do you know if they are working on a natively integrated solution instead of having to install MetaMask?

I'm using Opera for Peepeth usually but today trying Firefox. The same Metamask account, so I see the same balance, but no transaction history. Because of the different browser? Not a big problem right now... I'll learn.
The transaction history is local only I think. At least the transactions I make using something different than MetaMask are not logged. I know that Cipher is pulling all transactions from the blockchain, even those not made trough Cipher.

Hey y'all, sorry I've been absent. MetaMask wasn't working, but I eventually gave up and reinstalled it (just now).
Nice to have you back! Maybe try out a mobile app.
I need those Peepeth socks so badly...
Pinned peeps are here! Waow! Will have to watch out for a nice peep from you guys.

@jvck @jpthor - I just found Huginn, an open source version of Buffer/Zapier. Maybe it's possible! Is Peepeth planning to make a public API anytime soon? https://github.com/huginn/huginn

IMO, game changer in shifting from the old internet business model of funding through advertisement revenue to the new internet era of users "paying" for their privacy.
This could be game changing.

I think Brave and BAT can be a great way of monetising the web instead of ads. Combined with Brave's privacy features, that's powerful long-term. BAT will gain value as Brave grows its user base (both content producers and users). Personally I'd be quite optimistic.
Thank you for your comment!
Where do you guys see Brave and $BAT in the future or next few months/years?

If you haven't checked out Airswap.io, do so. One word for it: elegant. Plus: works great on Cipher. #airswap
Airswap looks amazing.
Oh nice! Didn't know the extension is supported on Brave. Will check it out, thanks!
