paying for follows and upvotes has never been easier! steem has become a place where you only make money if you have money. quality of content does not matter.

It's a good case for decentralized platforms on blockchains like Peepeth, memo, et al where a small posting charge would be a disincentive to bots
Maybe that's a/the solution.

I had around 10 people following me without ever making a single click within Steemit. I feel the whole 'number of followers has meaning' is even more established than on Twitter, since it is directly tied to your ability to earn money. I feel this is a negative @Schrodingers_cat
Negative I don't know, but since these are mainly bots, useless for sure.

When you need a break from computers I highly recommend working with old tech, like the ancient art of sourdough baking. These were made with my own fork off the lactobacillus chain.

DApps need to work out how to scale now or they are stopped dead until prices decrease. I looked at Pokémon but they don’t support mobile yet :( Note to dApp developers, make sure it works on mobile.
Yup, had the same issue. Was forced to go on my laptop.
I mean... I am happy to pay the GAS fees. But this extra price increase is just not realisable. It would be ok to pay 1 cent to devs / Poké Ball and the GAS price for a batch. Even 1 cent / Poké Ball will be a lot of money.

This is my biggest grief with current blockchain games. Thats IAPs on steroids - the biggest cancer of mobile games already... would be nice to see blockchain used in mechanics, not just monetisation...
