Yes, the front-end is moderated. Peepeth is not great for that use case. Pairing communication with a payment channel removes a level of anonymity, and hard to find those posts amongst the others. Much easier ways exist.

It is blocked from the front end. But every peep has an ipfs hash, you can still find the content there.
The immutable & decentralized nature could possibly lead to harm (eg: distribution of child pornography) -- is there a strategy to mitigate these problems?
What's Peepeth's strategy for handling illegal content being shared?
