That's so random.
For sure
Looking back, it seems unreal.
I randomly bought a ticket to a place 4000 miles away, randomly hiked 9 miles into the mountains, sat on the edge of a random cliff, overlooking a random lake, where I saw a random stranger on a random island.
Yet, it all felt like destiny.

😂 to each their own! I love interesting people who take time and effort to do uncommon things.

@bevan hey! is there any way to make a "Peep It" type widget on other websites? Kind of like https://developer.twitter.com/en/docs/twitter-for-websites/tweet-button/overview.html
That’s a cool idea! I’d like to be able to show Peepeth on my website, @bevan ☺️😎🙌🏼🐧

Centralized stable coins are the AOL of internet money. They're not going to kill decentralized finance, nor will they be particularly relevant in its future- but in the near-term, they will help millions get on-boarded onto these new, decentralized financial networks. #DeFi
That is a great way to look that the new fiatcoins!

Lol. It’s been a failed experiment but it’s one strat that they will apply again. It’s the only reason they are raising rates...
History just keeps repeating itself until the big cycle is complete. Then history repeats itself again.
Look up Alexander Tytlers stages of democracy. 😉

That sounds serious indeed. Thanks for the info!
I’m certain you could come to your own conclusions, as you’re easily smarter than me. But thanks for letting me feel special 😉

That's awesome. Where to next? There used to be a great site called GetGoing: you'd pick two destinations, enter your CC info, and they'd send you tickets to one of them (randomly). Perfect for adventure-seekers on a budget.
Thats an interesting concept! Both options better be at the top of the bucket list, haha.
I’m not sure what will be next. I’m a spring/summer traveler, so I’ve got some hibernating to do, lol. Perhaps out west? I’ve seen the 25 most eastern states, still need to see my backyard

So cool. My first overseas trip happened because I was depressedly playing blackjack. It dawn on me how I could do something more exciting, exited the casino, walked into the first travel agent I saw and booked the first package my eyes came across :D
That is a kickass story! I’m glad you chose travel over gambling. Don’t get me wrong, poker is fun, it’s just a lot more fun overseas 🙌🏼

It’s a way of life! Ahah need to add #buidl to my Peepeth profile
You have to now! 😂😎
I used to pull off in some parking lot and look up plane tickets to another country. My thumb would hover above the “book now” button until I calmed down.
But one day I pressed the button, and I’m so glad I did!
Traveling alone is the best medicine there is.

Thanks for the shout out. The app is as smooth as eggs, so far the most enjoyable experience with something connected to a blockchain outside of a mobile wallet that I have used. Bravo

Yeah, was really impressed by the quality! You went travelling around Europe quite recently, right? What did you use primarily?
I must go over to that part of the world in the next few years!
I flew only Norwegian, 13 flights total. The intercontinental flights were great 🤤 the others were decent.

Smart money is rotating out of equities, especially tech, moving slowly into Treasuries & defensive stock names. We could easily see 10%-20% pullback but we believe the Fed will be there as a backstop.
One of these days the fed won’t be able to print their way out of things, and their ability to backstop will be fed up. Lol

Stock markets are done. I think the smart money is moving elsewhere. No real margins in equities anymore
They do seem pretty “new paradigm” lately... time to take a chill pill, lol.

Thanks Matthew. What would be a serious wallet service for you?
Well, running a full node and keeping your own keys is pretty serious. Ledger devices, Trezors, heck even paper wallets are pretty serious!
Honestly, I’m not a very paranoid guy. I use desktop wallets and even leave stuff on exchanges that have vaults.

Thanks to #peepeth i've learn something on wallets and cryptovalues. But there is a full world of things to discover
Yup! There is so much to learn! It’s hard to keep up. When I first got involved in the blockchain/crypto world I spent 6-8 hours a day reading everything I could! Now you have to know what you want to learn, because there’s too much going on to be aware of it all.

I'd be interested too.
Gosh, I wish there was a collection of sources, but I think most people just browse around to do their rounds. Reddit, Medium, Google, Twitter, Telegram, occasionally YouTube. Most intelligent content is super project specific. General news can be found on Coindesk etc.

#Stripper: I won't accept any #currency which takes longer than my song to confirm on the network.. (a strippers song is typically 4mins) she then asked if I had any tokens on the lightning network? I told her no I don't believe in centralisation... in the end I paid in CASH.

… to various Dapps that have no wallet functionality. I guess MetaMask is different from Status and Trust since it is a browser plugin that provides me with an option to multiple ETH wallet addresses and… (2/n)
That is a good way to look at it! I keep like $50 on MetaMask for fun, because there are thousands of DApps to explore, test, collect, etc. I keep a small amount on Coinbase Wallet which is also a portal to Web3. Serious $ goes in serious wallets, w/ serious security.

A question for you blockchain hero's: What would be the preferred way to deal with your identity/wallet on the blockchain. I log into Peepeth and MetaMask with the same 12 word phrase and my password. So that I can use the same funds in various Dapps (1/2)
I use a different very long, random, complicated password for each blockchain related app or wallet. I use thumb print verification whenever possible, and allow Apple to remember passwords for accounts that won’t cost me money if they were somehow hacked.
