Some girls are witches; but compared to the sorcerers, they are princess.

If would be possible to have questions without a answer, the whole multiverse wouldn't exist.

Jun 21, 2019 13:33

When you say a thing doesn't exists just because it is a absurd, you're committing a absurd.

Cool idea! There was / is a pinning consortium; will look for the link. Hadnt heard of piñata, will peep into it. Re: profile, what do you mean? Account info?

The whole profile. Possibly a .zip file with only JSON or also HTML for viewing

Jun 19, 2019 12:41

@bevan
What do you think about an option on posts to copy its IPFS hash, suggesting it to upload to a pin service such as Pinata?

Also, offering download of profile?

QML (Quantum Markup Language) principles:

- Lightweighter as possible
- Hightly semantic
- Context-aware

Creating QML (Quantum Markup Language), after seeing JSON as alternative to HTML but it uses more characters. QML haves 3 lines & 38-43 characters less than HTML, and usually 5 lines & 8-17 characters less than JSON.

JsonML page says it haves more bytes than HTML.
So, both JsonML and HTML are weird.

No problem. What do you mean by a "fully fair" #peepeth?

- Decentralized registry instead of relying only in server db
- Option to download profile data
- Store profile on Dat or other, and show IPFS hash on each post to allow pinning instead of relying on Peepeth server
- Even it not being self-hosted, be a PWA for faster loading

Hey Daniell, yes the Ensō are saved to the blockchain too. And as @arf said the metadata is indeed stripped.

Enso could rely on a smart-contract, if Ethereum would support fee-less autonomous contract transactions.

Metadata is removed, so hashes will be different than your original image.

Thanks for your answer!
I see @bevan probably is hating me because I have the github/peepeth, but I really would like a fully fair Peepeth, even it not being open-source

May 18, 2019 04:03

Hi @bevan
Does Peepeth converts an uploaded image? I see its hash is different from original IPFS upload.
Also, does the enso is a smart-contract?

Totally agree. Steam has shown people want to buy and trade skins and goodies. Mainstream game devs may not embrace the blockchain, wanting control over everything, but disrupters will persist, I'm certain.

Do you know about Enjin? It uses blockchain for true ownership of in-game assets (and cross multiple games, if the asset developer wants)

Thanks for letting me know. Perhaps you had signed your 3 actions in another browser tab? Taking an action should refresh the correct unsaved action count (if I understand the issue correctly).

I use it on same tab

Feb 12, 2019 20:12

@Bevan, I've loaded the page quickly even with slow connection (thanks to a previous browser cache) and it showed 3 unsigned actions. After I did a need action, it updated from cache and showed 1 unsigned action. You could make this refresh as automatic.
