I've cut my sugar way back, and also carbs in general. There is definitely an improvement and I don't crash like I used to.
Sugar cut back actually helped with my sleep too, was less groggy getting up.I Still have that urge though smh

Nice! The tennis court? Low carb works for me too. I had a surfeit of peaches this week and felt way more sluggish than usual (normally I keep sugar low). My weekly fast was also less productive, didn't have much energy.
Basketball , yea I had some pop tarts and that threw me off no lie. I’d get some whey protein for that energy bud.
“For Aristotle, the function of a human being consists of an activity of the soul in accord with reason.”

Reduced my sugar intake 90 percent, I can tell the difference on the court now. Wooo, I’m praying I can keep going.

Giving up as much bread and sugar as I can.
I’m noticed in my chess moves, my view is too narrow and I keep getting checkmated that way. Smh
That’s the reason I don’t like Monopolies. People do ugly thangs for shiny thangs.
Look up “oil monopolies and Hitler”.
People don’t even realize that the monopolies that were created in the oil, steel, and coal industry raised money and advocated for Hitler to be elected. The oil, steel, and coil industries wanted Hitler to become the leader of Germany to push an agenda.
Way more interesting than I thought it was going to be https://youtu.be/_SBuh8oNxv0

I agree, metamask is suprisingly nice!
I even noticed trading on Uniswap is .01 cent, smh crazy wtf is coinbase doing
MetaMask is now my go to wallet, Coinbase Wallet was literally draining my address with high fees to send my tokens. Almost had my tokens stuck in a address. It’s good that metamask lets you choose the gas fees.

Somebody send me $1 of ether right now please

Facebook has an drug addiction to selling people’s data, goodness gracious.

Thanks for the heads up, I should provide a better validation for that. The check is actually done on a smart contract.
I just did it again and it still didn’t go through, I’ll try on the computer later.

I think it’s because of the function check for if my username in my twitter name is the same as the name in the link. Possible just need a object.toLowerCase() when comparing the username and the username in the Twitter.
Let me rephrase that. When verifying my twitter name and my posted twitter status; the two don’t compare correctly unless one or the others’ username is capitalized correctly. I think it could be fixed with a object.toLowercase() when comparing and verifying if both are correct.

It's really good. Nice to stretch out on. I'm not sure if it'll actually help with posture but it feels like a healthy activity. Back bends, as done in yoga, have been shown to lead to positive hormone and/or neurotransmitter release (fuzzy on the details). Stretching out on the ball may have a similar effect. It feels good at least.
My girl tried yoga, I’ve been hesitant on it lol.
