"On Seeing the 100% Perfect Girl One Beautiful April Morning" --> that is such a Murakami title. It's this kind of attitude that turned me off from his books. Read 1.5 of them then realized it wasn't for me. If you like him though that's great. Always support good books. :)

One of my favorite book is Murakami's The Elephant Vanishes. I love "On Seeing the 100% Perfect Girl One Beautiful April Morning" so much!

These turkey shots were at full zoom, so that's probably why they were blurry. Do other pics look blurry too? Can tweak the settings.
i figured it had to do with compression of the thumbnails because the full-sized images don't look bad (to me)? a bit of blurriness and noise are to be expected from cell phones vs professional cameras. also, holy turkeys, batman.

In convention, to keep death on your mind is 'morbid'. But I find it's one of the most liberating concepts ever. Death is something that will happen to all of us. Accepting and embracing it, is what allows us to make the most of our alive-time. That's why I remind myself of it.

I have a thing for water. This was in the Bahamas as we chilled in the cruise ship, think it was 10ish in the morning. It’s crazy how relaxed you can be on a cruise, a complete disconnect with the regular world and in your own little bubble. You know... kinda like crypto haha.

we have peacocks here as well, though they tend to congregate on farms. they are quite loud, though brilliant to look at! thanks for the shout-out and sharing such a pretty photo! (＊◕ᴗ◕＊)

Maybe panic, maybe more people wishing to exploit the bug. Quite a few of the pending transactions look like regular transfers of the same amount, so maybe a "laundromat run". (These are all idle guesses.)
laundering seems probable. it has been posited that this may be the result of different types of an "outsourced company creating tokens with a vulnerable template". disconcerting but utterly fascinating nonetheless.

it really is! super glad i got to grow up there. instead of vacations to exotic places, we just went camping all throughout northern/central california. definitely have to do some more of that soon.
