A beautiful #Leopard we spotted in the #Samburu 3 years ago. It was a gorgeous sighting after 3 days of searching for it and hearing about it from other campers.

Greater Elands are a difficult sighting for me. I've always had a rough time getting to see them in the wild. They're super shy and run away almost as soon as I get to them.

This is a lovely little Lion cub I saw in the #lakenakuru region on #safari a few years ago.
During the hot season, the lions climb onto acacia trees to cool themselves.

I've been struggling the past week.

I think my dad's brother passing away a week earlier got to me.
He's always been around. Ever since I was born. I miss him.

Day 41.
No composites today. Just a lion with the city in the background. This has to be one of my most beloved images. I cherish and treasure it for the simple fact that it was just an epic moment. Watching this beautiful male strolling along in the park.
Day 36. Thought about how I miss being in the bush. And how things change from time to time but so far, one prevailing truth for me has been. Nature is all around. :D

The implications of how far "Civilization" and "Development" have brought us away from nature and the true ethics of conservation. I believe we could have co-existed instead of forced one existence over the other.

Today's image kind of represents my own feelings of where I am in the world today. In a foreign land where I exist amongst the natives of this land. It's a strange feeling to not belong.

Feel slightly more motivated today after some amazing words of encouragement from friends in my #kenyanphotography communities and #family. Supremely thankful & grateful.
Getting difficult being creative with an image a day. Today I felt completely blocked. But alongside that, I also felt like I'm at a point where I want to be able to share my own story. This seems to be part of it.

Day 14. Felt like being a giraffe in the sky. To fly. To achieve the impossible by being the giraffe that can fly. It was a dream, a hope, a belief. Something I aspire to get to. Hope I get there some day.
