First thing I learned since joining Peepeth is that its smart contract is "stateless". I think it's a very good design choice. But note that it could be easily implemented in *any* blockchain that supports arbitrary data (BTC/BCH/LTC/DOGE etc).
Yeah but lets see you drawing a penguin with a Bitcoin nose ;)
But seriously, although this could be implemented on other chains, most people will choose to use Ethereum as it has a better infrastructure (e.g. MetaMask, Cipher etc.) and a big united community of developers.
