Everyone on peep has something they think is valuable to say, because they literally pay ethereum to say it. That is awesome. That is a new paradigm.
Saving your actions to the blockchain feels good, doesn't it?
The absence of a hierarchical media corporation is palpable.

Perhaps. The file storage/sharing via blockchain space is pretty crowded. Good UX will be key and that's certainly a nice looking app!
That's true of course. This one is more like a torrent client with incentives to seed. Makes me think of a private torrent site that requires you to maintain a reasonable up:down ratio, but with tokens as a reward for maintaining the ratio.
A forthcoming dApp. Another one I might actually become a daily user of.
This is what happens when you roll in goose shit.

I can completely understand that. Know a lot of people that feel very similarly. I'm not talking about people coming in, though, I was talking about trying to get out of some countries! If there were much fewer taxes, how would the borders be secured anyway? Inflation?
First political argument on Peepeth? This is a historic moment.

I love airswap
Airswap is a phenomenal.
This may be the funnest crypto-collectible game so far. I currently own Ajit Pai (chair of FCC, killer of net neutrality) and John Brennan (former CIA director, dropper of drones). Until I don't anymore. Vitalik is going for a steeep price.
One of the better documentaries about bitcoin:

I'm beginning to second-guess your username...
Well thanks! But I assure you, it's appropriate.

Screenshot of ETHStats.net maybe would look impressive? And more relevant
I like it
There must be another stock image that articles can use instead of this silly btc/eth coin. Perhaps an image of a node running? Or a btc/eth wallet ui?
Tip of the day:
Malaysian food is the highly underrated. Find a Malay restaurant near you and go.
You're welcome.

The first time I picked up Blood Meridian I put it down, because it seemed to be just gratuitous violence. The second time I loved it. It's bizarre and graphic, and I'm not sure I totally get it, but his descriptions and characters are amazing. @RMBLRX
Well, another book added to my queue. Anytime I talk to people about books this list grows longer. It's a bit of a problem really.

From Cormac McCarthy's "Blood Meridian"--an excellent companion piece to Conrad's classic by my reckoning.
I've never read anything by him, I am ashamed to say.

Hunters for gold or pursuers of fame, they all had gone out on that stream, bearers of a spark from the sacred fire. What greatness had not floated on the ebb of that river into the mystery of an unknown earth! The dreams of men, the seed of commonwealths, the germs of empire.
From Joseph Conrad's "Heart of Darkness".
One of my favourite paragraphs in all classic literature.

Just watched a documentary on the rise of Roman empire. August is named after Roman emperor Octavian Augustus in 8 BC. #funwithflags
And July is named after his great uncle Julius Caesar. Not a bad legacy, the two best months.

Wow such blockchain
Pretty fucking blockchain.
Anyone know how to move my peepeth account from one dapp browser to another?
Toshi to Trust for example.
Hey I just saved my data to a Public Blockchain instead of to some company's central server.
The first time you save your Peepeth actions to the blockchain you can feel the decentral nature of the dapp.

Cheese makes a me happy.
Didn't mean to say that like an Italian stereotype, for the record. Or should I see for the blockchain.

Hello dog
Woof
Greatest dog in the history of dogs.

It would be nice to have a social medium platform that doesn't have algorithms trying to divide users into groups and then use their differences to agitate for the purpose of keeping users online to sell them ads. Hope this place is that thing. #peepeth #decentral
