UML is fairly straightforward. Object-oriented, so think flowcharts & SSADM with objects & classes thrown in. Tons of resources available online. But more worrying is how do you end up consulting on it if you don't know it?! 😉
I actually managed quite well: It turned out that my client needed guidance more on mapping processes and stakeholder relationships as a whole, not specifically UML. I was able to draw from years of engineering experience to give her qualitative advice.

We discussed "leading up the chain" at #buidl_bali I will admit, the concept was foreign to me. I'm not one to generally work **for** a **boss** per se, but working ***with*** others is a whole other thing. It can be exceedingly rewarding. Ramble aside: excellent advice!

In what ways was it letting you down? Have you ever tried ONLYOFFICE? I'm not a fan of software subscriptions for apps that rarely *need* upgrading... did you go with a subscription?
