Which TCG should I delve more into: "Legends of Runeterra", or "Gods Unchained"...? 🤔

The list of BIP39-compliant English words for your #crypto seeds. You can get really creative with the numbers next to these words, kindly provided by @KryptoDots. https://kryptodots.com/wp-content/downloads/bip-0039-English-wordlist-2pag-v2.5.pdf
An idea for a "creative" thing to do with the numbers representing those words: express them as emoji! https://steemit.com/programming/@midnight426/the-future-of-identifiable-identifiers

hello world!
Hello, IPFS Cat!
What's currently the best long-form, crypto-supporting blogging platform? I've used STEEM, though there's feedback it's mostly controlled by whales now. Any better/different options available?

Like Myst? The team behind that series of strategy games (Riven, Exile, etc.) is looking to make a new one, in VR!
Trying to grok OrbitDB's low-level. IPFS is immutable, so when a DB gets edited, some update needs to go out to peers, to point to new data, but how? What's actually sent over the pubsub channels; updated "last block in the chain" hashes? 🤔

Poll: Which Ethereum wallet(s) do you use currently?
Cipher and Metamask. And following Status waiting for it to reach a stable release.

…to that wallets address. So that would be an argument for using the same phrase to login into various wallets. I discovered that when I chose another account/address in MetaMask I get the option to open a new Peepeth account but wasn’t able to login to my @janpeeters… (4/n)
The new address is a new public address; to Peepeth, that's a brand new person (Peepeth only allows you to associate one address with your user account, and @janpeeters is already bound to your other one)

…Trust and Status are mobile browser apps with only one ETH wallet address. I’ve noticed that when I use the same 12 word phrase for MetaMask, Status.im and Trust I can open my @janpeeters Peepeth account in that wallet/app and also have access to the same funds connected… (3/n)
Status acts as a wallet, like MM. Its developers could build in the ability to switch to sub-accounts like MM (and it's still in beta; they may add that feature later). Peepeth can't tell the difference between MM and Status; both of yours give the same public address to Peepeth.

...a web 2.0 website. Metamask "remembers" your 12-word phrase, and lets you not have to enter it each time, if you enter the password. The password is just Metamask; nothing blockchain-related. The 12-word phrase lets you make many public/private keypairs... (3/n)
...which Metamask will create for you (once logged into Metamask itself with that password). The Status and Cipher apps act like Metamask; they also can take in a 12-word phrase, and let you set a password to prove you're you rather than needing to re-enter it each time.

It is a new ecosystem, so don't feel bad if it takes a bit to get your head around it! Currently, different apps provide different options depending on how wallet-like they're trying to be. For a basic DApp (that does NOT want to be your wallet), they will allow you to... (1/n)

Addition... Most apps ask for a password or offer to import a account with a 12 word phrase. I don't have the password and I don't understand how else I can login to the other Dapps? The subaccounts don't show passwords? Sorry if I sound daft. Trying to get used to this ecosystem

I did the same with uPort.me in their iOS app. Sign in with the same passphrase as Status.im. My worry is if this would 'polute' an identity from various sources. What would be the wise thing to do? I'd prefer one passphrase so that I can use different apps for e.g Peepeth (2/2)
The "12-word phrases" that many apps use are HD wallets that allow many sub-accounts under them. In Metamask click your avatar in the top-right to see other accounts linked to the same phrase. So, just use the different sub-accounts for different apps
That's one small transaction for me, one giant blockchain for all humanity.
