How does one view the back end in layman's terms(?), most will not.
As long as there are free and independent developers in a world of open source, people will have and will share ways to view all contents.
It is up to you and your personal understanding of user experience if you want it or not. Some people don't want it and that is ok.

A totally unregulated world would drown in chaos.
Moderation of frontends, for example by hiding #peeps with nsfw content could be fundamental for the existence of #Peepeth in the future. It's called #usability.
As long as the backend is censorship-free, people are free, too.
Take a look into the @Asure_io #DApp and learn how to withdraw your #pension payouts as a pensioner. Investing in your old age is always a good decision and your kids will thank you. :-)

yes, #cheese!! i also enjoy fish, pretty much any kind of veggie you throw at me, #coffee, and any style of potatoes, honestly.
#Potatoes - I like the big ones, the small ones, the stomped ones, the roasted ones, the baked ones. Yeah, Kartoffeln - that's how we call them in Germany - are great! ;-)

congratulations on publishing! and welcome to peepeth! i'll go check the project's profile as well. (love the logo, btw.) i don't work in tech (currently) but today at work i made macarons, mousse, pastry cream, and ice cream base, among other things. it was pretty productive!

Peepeth's TX costs are minimal (~several dollars per day), as the current posting frequency is about once per hour, and each TX is close to the minimum TX price (~26k gas). However that doesn't include the costs of storing / serving the data itself (on Peepeth and Infura nodes).
It would be great to have more detailed statistics on that. Could be very useful as an argument in discussions about the energy and cost efficiency of Ethereum and blockchain in general, besides PoS.
The german financial regulation authority Bafin just published a document on how distributed ledger technologies could be regulated in the future. Sadly it is only available in german, but you should check it out.
