That's not to say I fancy a long drawn out debate on here though. The topic is too inflammatory in nature. But if you really are keen on discussing it with me in private you can DM me on Twitter. I don't think here is necessarily the right place for this kind of divisive content.
#Politics If that article is meant to be the cornerstone of your website-- which is essentially a representation of you-- then I think I'm just going to mute you for both our sakes. The article is intellectually dishonest and irrational. But more importantly, it is hateful.

The only band wagon I’m on is the one to respect, love and care about all people! ☺️🤗
#politics Your article completely misrepresents a whole demographic of people and is laced with vitriol and hate. It's clear that you are angry and bitter about past experiences which are anecdotal. It's not your experiences I'm refuting, it's the mass generalisation/tarnishing.

I wrote an 8200 word cornerstone article called “Modern Christianity is a Curse,” I doubt anyone will ever read it, but it feels kind of cool to have an 18 page article on my website. Lol I plan to write 3-5 big pieces, then write many small ones and back link! Good idea???

Some of the worst genocides were committed by atheist dictators and most of what is wrong with Christianity can be attributed to the Roman Catholic church. The Roman Catholic church being an institution that has persecuted Christians since day one. Avoid the bandwagon. Please.

Thanks for the idea, will reach out to a list about that. Re: thinking/working music, what do people here like? Here's a classic: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ah392lnFHxM
Usually something without lyrics/quite relaxed for thinking. Chopin or Dvorak. Ludovico Einaudi's good too. Songs with lyrics distract me from thinking because I'm paying too much attention to the words. It's good for shutting off from the world when I don't want to think though.

Have you tried EthLance? I hired a guy a couple months ago from there to code a dapp that I presented at ETHBerlin. Worked out really well. I'd recommend it.
Will check it out for sure, thanks mate!
Thanks for sharing your journey with us @sevvie what I've seen of it has been fascinating and inspiring.

Will there ever be a “Microsoft Office” for Linux? #Curiosity
Libre Office is just as good though? It wouldn't be worth Microsoft developing Office for Linux when there's a native freeware version. You probably knew about Libre anyway but just in case: https://www.libreoffice.org/

Looking back, it seems unreal. I randomly bought a ticket to a place 4000 miles away, randomly hiked 9 miles into the mountains, sat on the edge of a random cliff, overlooking a random lake, where I saw a random stranger on a random island. Yet, it all felt like destiny.
That's so random.

Here’s to endings that teach us to create better beginnings.
There's something wonderful about a fresh start. I have to move and start from scratch so often I've lost count. To the point now that if I'm in the same place doing the same thing for more than a year I start to get antsy. I'm like it with people too.. maybe that's not so good.

How make money from telegram channel or bot
If you're looking for quick ways to make money this is probably the wrong site. Making a sustainable income takes hard work and dedication. If you have any marketable skills/talents and/or a good idea there are some very smart people here who could probably help you achieve it.

Centralized stable coins are the AOL of internet money. They're not going to kill decentralized finance, nor will they be particularly relevant in its future- but in the near-term, they will help millions get on-boarded onto these new, decentralized financial networks. #DeFi
I agree. Most people just aren't ready to accept Bitcoin as the standard yet. That being said when the USD collapses people will flock to it.

No worries man, it's a great idea and I think it could start a whole new sharing economy! Yes mate, I think choose your own adventure could really kick off and would probably be fairly simply to code. I just need to find someone who is willing to come onboard and code it on spec.

The food business had to respond faster because consumers are more sensitive with what they ingest. That doesn't make food certification programs an example to follow in terms of value distribution. Few things are riper for disruption than certification programs.
All I'm saying is there are atrocities committed because of the mining of rare minerals, there are atrocious working conditions for some miners, and big tech companies profit from the cheap minerals that are a product of all the above. I can respectfully agree to disagree though?

Yup, using supply chain complexity as an excuse. Hence this accountability mechanism.
People accept responsibility with coffee beans, palm oil and other goods. I just wish such a vital mineral would receive the same attention. I'm not demonising the people mining I'm disparaging the tech conglomerates who profit off the back of often still impoverished people.

Mining (minerals) provides an income to tens of millions of people. Unfortunately, our obsession with negative implications further marginalises these communities. Welcome to my fight :)
My main gripe is not with the mining itself but the apathy shown by tech giants towards the mining conditions. With their massive profit margins they should take more responsibility in the supply chain. Child soldiers and child miners without any PPE is not acceptable in my eyes.

Would love feedback on the current state of mobile ETH wallets, and what the Peepeth community uses! Is the market over saturated? Or not at all. https://totle.typeform.com/to/gdPFh7
I don't know much about web 3.0 wallets but if you simply want to store Ethereum based tokens then Enjin and Eidoo are my favourite. I use Coinbase wallet to browse DApps. Seems pretty good for storage too.

tantalum
Tantalum makes the electronic world go round. Unfortunately it's at the expense of many a life in the third world.
Why we need privacy coins.
- In a financial crisis the government will take your money.
- In a dictatorship the regime will take your money.
- In an unfair trial/witch-hunt the government will seize your money to suppress & immobilize you.

What Will It Take for #Crypto to Boom Again? https://hackernoon.com/what-will-it-take-for-crypto-to-boom-again-a7ef9c2ef982
Another financial crisis like the one in 2008 ought to do it. We're meant to be due one at some point in the future. Given the fact that Venezuela is responsible for a large amount of BTC volume it would be spectacular. The 2008 crisis was a big reason for the birth of Bitcoin.
@Bevan Will there at some point be a 'carry on where you left off' feature on the feed? Like how if you go on someone's profile on Twitter to check them out and follow them then come back to the feed it picks up where you left off? That would be invaluable for the UX.

The Minds mobile app is far better than the desktop experience, the boosted stuff has it's own section. Still like peepeth tho.
If the desktop experience is worse than the mobile I don't want to see it. Minds is spammy and artificial like Steemit but 10x worse. There are barely any legitimate responses to the miniscule amount of good content. It's like a clickbaity mixture of YouTube, Steemit and 4chan.

Each decision as a transaction is potentially slow and expensive. Why does it need to be a transaction? Is the user making a micropayment for each decision?
Couldn't all the transactions be sent in batches like on Peepeth? The reason I was thinking a tx is because then it's all recorded on the Blockchain and there could be a leaderboard. It adds to the whole "Don't make a mistake and die" feel. More for entertainment purposes.

How it plays on the YouTube playlist but more user-friendly. A persons actions are stored on the Blockchain and each decision is a tx.

I'd love to get Peepeth's feedback on a novel video game model I put together call Fan-Fueled eSports My hope is that it's a style of gameplay that's only possible with blockchain AND is actually fun https://blog.hoard.exchange/introducing-fan-fueled-esports-40b3081bd912
I wasn't sure at first but this is a brilliant idea! What did it for me was envisioning the fans saving a competitor from imminent death. This could be revolutionary! I have a DApp idea on my profile I think you might like. I would appreciate your feedback & maybe even your help?

Engaged users with positive interactions. Though lots of such users would be great.
I think when enough solid content creators migrate to Peepeth they will bring a lot of their userbase along with them. There will be a viral tipping point followed by an explosion of new users. I think it's going to be quite the spectacle. Everybody wants to be an early adopter.
I have an awesome DApp idea with a proof of concept. 'Choose your own adventure' interactive story game on the Blockchain.

saw steemit on CNN, are you guys on steemit? what do you think of steemit? is it good to invest on steem?
Steemit as a platform has gone way downhill. It's very tribal and there's not much room for new users to grow an audience. It started off as a great idea but ultimately economics got in the way. As far as a trading opportunity goes I have no idea. I look at the fundamentals.

Peepeth should host airdrops to profile addresses. Would be a viral way to get more users.
I don't think they're focused on getting as many users as possible. I think they're more set on attracting thoughtful users who engage in a mindful manner. Maybe airdrops and other primal frenzies go against their ethos. That being said I don't speak for Peepeth just my thoughts.
