Great idea. Plenty of democratic voting smart contracts, why not use one to host the voting/issuance of reward? I can help deploy something in a few weeks after my current project if you'd like. It would be nice to send some of the proceeds to fund an OS project on @gitcoin.

Yeah, it's crazy to me that you can only deposit or withdraw fiat money from Circle. Buy with GDAX or whatever and then send to a hardware or paper wallet.

What kind of full node are you running? I have a linux VM on my server that I use to run nodes for Bitcoin, Ethereum, and ZenCash. Adding more in the near future.
