Glad to know that! Mostly I do 5 or 10 minutes depending on how busy I feel at the moment applying a notion of not too short, not too long for yourself to finish it at the beginning. Hope this helps you to get started. 😌

It’s been around a month with daily meditation. After a week of doing that, I started to see the change. Stressful work and life decisions seemed easier than before. I would recommend everyone to try at least five minutes a day. The most important part is to make it consistent.

It just shows no posts interestingly, no ads, wow. I was trying to refresh many times and still like that. This also includes not following every Facebook Pages, Groups, etc. 🧐

I’ve heard a trick for using Facebook from a podcast that I’ve found useful. Unfollow everyone on your News Feed to get a clean slate and start from that stage.

How would you feel if there are obvious cameras above your head while commuting? Bangkok’s new skytrains have this thing. I feel insecure and secure at the same time. 🤔

I also agree that there are great people who are also wealthy vice versa. People are so diverse in a global scale. Speaking from cultural point of view focusing on local level, do you feel or see the idea in your city? I do. I think it reflects many aspects of particular society.

Started a creative challenge for myself to design symbols of imaginary blockchain products just to hone my visual and thinking skills. Exercise your brain sometimes with something you’re into. I’ll share some progress here. 😉💡
