The era of widely accessible dApps and dApp wallets/explorers such as Trust Wallet is upon us! I say bring it on! More people need to see for themselves the tangible utility blockchain can offer us all.

Status are also doing a hardwallet. I think an NFC Wallet needs a mobile app that is also a dApp browser. We are moving from just holding keys that control tokens to using keys that can do things. https://hardwallet.status.im/

@cryptostache What's your impression of the new Ledger desktop software? I think I expected more options, e.g. import of more accounts, even if as watching addresses only.
I like it MUCH better than the chrome extension as an interface for dealing with my Ledger. You are right, there are not a lot of "additional features" but I am kinda ok with that actually. Happy to have a better interface thats easier to use for the basics.
Anyone know physical businesses in the Los Angeles area that take #Bitcoin?

Yes! I already had a Ledger and that is what I went through in the video. I assume most will be migrating from the old system to this new one.
Ledger just released a brand new desktop interface for their devices called "Ledger Live"
I wanted to do a quick tutorial & setup guide so you know EXACTLY how to get it going without a hassle.

They *might* add them. The whole announcement seems kind of weird to me.
They are not going to waste resources and time on these if they were not going to add them. They just need to be cautious because their announcements have a huge impact on the markets. I would be VERY surprised if they didn't add all these.

accepted a job downtown with a fun and exciting crew. at the same time, i'm going to dive into getting my technical background up to speed so that i can make a sound transition later on down the line. the next year is going to be exciting! :)
