I hope that doesn't come to pass. I saw part of a documentary the other day about when the ice caps were rainforests. It got me thinking about the resilience of this planet over a long period, of our place in it, and whether some beings will be digging US up in 100M years.
Many of the deserts in Africa used to be green. Humans completely changed the climate of the region in just a few thousand years.

and now to top it off at the end, I likely contracted the big ‘rona. I can’t get a kungflu test so I’m not certain, but hey - crazy throat pain, dry cough, feeling groggy after 12 hours sleep - I’m pretty sure it’s the bat soup shivers. Hence my peeping. Perfect timing

My issue isn't that I believe they are censoring a *correct* scientific opinion, but that they are censoring *any* scientific opinion. I think even flat earthers (a group I strongly disagree with) deserve the opportunity to share their opinions/beliefs on the internet.
I agree that opinions and beliefs should be allowed to be shared. No one is forcing anyone to share those beliefs.

From the trail the other day. They may be shutting down the parks soon, so enjoying them while I can (while distancing, of course).
That's a drag if they shut it down. That seems like a very good activity to do without risking anyone else.

When I was a kid, if we wanted to mimic a car horn, we would say peep, peep, and now is time to peth the peep like a baby bird. Watch out cause when I say peep, peep, that's Livi coming. #My first post Hope I'm welcome.
Welcome to Peepeth!
When I was a kid we used "beep beep" to represent a car horn. I think this is the first time I've met someone who used "peep peep".

Haw flakes are haw based. 😛
They do kind of taste like cranberry though.

Luckily I looked into it before picking these prickly pears. Apparently the dots are actually hundreds of fine needles that will stay in your skin for days, making you super itchy.
Are these edible pears?

The Mongol invasion in the Middle Ages had an impact on climate as well. Not the best climate strategy though.
Maybe it's a realistic way to reduce carbon emissions though. As the population continues to increase so does the climate impact and threat of disease. If we can encourage more telecommuting we can reduce both.

She's an extremely versatile artist, and an amazing live performer - and a wonderful human being, from what I've read. This song is from her international debut album, 'Ten Love Songs', and this is her performing it live: https://youtu.be/Igf5n9p7bH0

I agree with what you say. Its a terrible investment... At the same time i dont agree with you. Cloudmining is the best passive income for people who can spare $1000 - $5000. the monthly outcome from it is better than nothing.
I used to run a dedicated mining facility in Nevada. I've crunched these numbers a hundred times. Cloud mining is a terrible investment. You will most likely lose money. Having a fixed hash rate but a continually increasing network hashrate doesn't work long term.
Replying to @VonDuck (0x0d55f83260f3dbce603ebf9e7d5c9c2bef5cd390)
Cloudmining is a good process for an independent life.
Sorry to break it to you, but Cloudmining is a terrible investment. No company is going to mine money for you and then give you most of it.
The only way to make money mining is to own your own equipment, and it's still a high risk investment.
