I have a guy that makes the walnut fretboards but I make everything else. Necks take a long time to build having the fretboards pre-made is a huge timesaver for me since I have little time to build.

It could be done, cigar boxes are just a convenient shape that works.

A week or two depending if the box has to be made or using a cigar box. Finding the time is the hardest part; so with that it can take a quite a while. I tend to get more accomplished over the winter. I have people waiting to buy them, so yes I do sell them once in a while.

I make cigar box guitars and once in a while an amp. My latest amp was this vintage suitcase with a Roland Micro Cube and a Jenson Mod 6 Speaker upgrade. Fun!
