Is i safe to rely on app released on July 31, 2017 with only 100+ installations (Parity)?
We wouldn't integrate with their software if we weren't confident in them as a partner, but I encourage you to draw your own conclusion by taking a look at their GitHub: https://github.com/paritytech/parity-signer

Does which part integrate with Toshi? There currently is not a MyCrypto dapp on Toshi so I guess the answer is no for now!
Mobile apps of our own are on our roadmap though!

It would be nice if Scan for Tokens picked up any tokens. #Trust scams and picks up tokens like Panda
I'm not sure I understand what you're saying. Scan for tokens will find any token that is part of our default token list. Token creators have to submit their token via GitHub pull request if they want it on the default list.
