Attract anonymous users to DeFi figure promises. They lay down (buy) collateral to borrow Altcoins. The lenders exchange their profits to pump Bitcoin while removing value from said altcoins. Lenders eventually cash everything out and the entire crypto market dumps

Don't let the pump fool you. This isnt the first time bitcoin went over 10,000 this year. 2020 so far is showing that bitcoin can be somewhat stable between 9k and 10k USD.

DeFi is far too meta and most altcoins are way too unstable. Is it a bubble? Im no economist but DeFi sure looks like a bubble to me relying on altcoins to finance more altcoins. Thats a circular insider ecosystem. High risk, high profit, short game profit for sure.

Gas being so expensive is the reason I cant see ETH going up for much longer. I cant see ETH staying up that high much longer either. Also ETH 2.0 always having problems and lingering in the background.

The transaction fees are really bad. I'm usually very liberal with my ETH especially tipping here in peepsville but I've backed off a bit. Gas prices have made me convert my surplus ethereum to Bitcoin
