It could definitely work! I've never worked harder on a project in my life. But I simply did not have the skills required to pull it off. Shame really. Coding and anything like that just go way over my head. Definitely not my forte.

I recommend that you start off with HTML, CSS, and then move onto Javascript. Doing so will really help you develop a fundamental understanding of programming. Mozilla has excellent tutorials on all of these languages.

Okay, I like a challenge.

From a technical standpoint, BCH has a 32 MB block size, which allows for far more TXs per second, while BTC has a 1mb block size. BCH has OP codes enabled, while BTC does not. Tokens could be created on BCH, while they couldn't on BTC.

Legislation might not take the side of "should", but the side of "is". EU legislators might say "blockchain technology must adhere to GDPR; shut down the nodes if it doesn't", rather than "GDPR cannot apply to blockchain; let's change the law". That's what worries me.

The blockchain is too distributed to be censored, ipso facto there's no way the government could shut down all nodes. If they could, Bitcoin would've been dead in the water.

Replying to @Zanzi (0x215d1921f21396f8aa39fc9a4c1e8a0d48264f26)

Does anyone have any thoughts on how new "right to be forgotten" regulation such as #GDPR will affect the blockchain, where - by definition- things cannot be deleted?

No statists legislation should have any applicability on the blockchain.

Any loophole to appeal to the "right to be forgotten" would defeat the purpose of the blockchain anyway.

Well as someone who has suffered from depression 9 years I can say that just pumping in pills will not solve anything, it makes it better, but it does not solve the problem, it helps you ignore it.

Lifestyle changes are necessary too, of course. Medication helps a lot of people improve themselves.

It's also important to note that many people never find the right anti-depressant, or perhaps they find one that only sort of helps. Finding the right one changes lives.

Replying to @wgmeets (0x6e63a4caeccb4f341ee9c9175c9cc554bdb6d10b)

I think there has to be a delicate balance of meds and meditation. I know some just can't change their inner workings if they meditate like I do, meds might help steer a person towards the right path at least. I wish we could all have less meds but the human mind is too complex.

I agree that a balance is needed; people need an improvement in lifestyle along with medication.

Replying to @ayunknown (0x207a9f001cdde2a1717fae152a0a1288059a126a)

Well actually depression mostly isn't from chemical imbalance. It is more about the way society and lifestyles are changing. Because 10 times more people are getting depressed now, then 50 years ago and biology doesn't change that fast.

There are multiple causes of depression, but my primary point is that mental health problems are serious, and those suffering from said problems shouldn't throw their pills away and just start meditating, as serious problems will arise from doing so.

Not quite. The IPFS address of this peep gets saved to the Ethereum blockchain: https://ipfs.io/ipfs/QmTTDsnwFzgnTS8bqGFTLgMBW1B9PpSTbPfeQycgxv8Ayk. The object in that address contains the IPFS address of the image: QmT8Mm9PPJ5cPeYXtb3D7QmNmhb9EY9zaCdDnPa72qdELo.

I imagine saving actual pictures and perhaps even video would get a bit pricey.
