When was the last time you tried something new? And what was it? To be true, I can’t remember when I tried something really new (maybe that meatless burger patty two weeks or so ago, but that‘s not what I mean). That must change.
you raise an excellent point. the new things I've done in the past few years have significantly improved my life, so why not double down on this? I'm going to think about this and try one new thing per month. that's an attainable goal. I'll start next month with jiu jitsu.

I reckon there's a big difference between using IG for close friendships (= cheapens them, puts you on a validation/comparison-trip) & for public statements (= builds your identity/career, similar to Twitter/LinkedIn) If being public isn't in your aims, then yeah, quit.

Thinking about starting a podcast about the more human side of Web 3. Have any thoughts or advice about that? What are your favorite podcasts (not necessarily tech-related)?
"Let's Know Things" by Colin Wright, Sam Harris's podcast, and the stuff from Fool and Scholar productions

I recommend that book to many people, it is loaded with wonderful insights. I'll try to post a few more bite-sized morsels
