any idea what is causing the network heated up and gas prices shooted up?
2 things;
- Some random coins are boosting their token holder numbers to get listed on exchanges (0x6aba1623ea906d1164cbb007e764ebde2514a2ba)
- A fake Telegram (GRAM) token is/was spamming the network (0x82d3a142ddd44d2bd29a683f0691fbead3bccc44)

Going to attend my first #hackathon this weekend and I thought I might as well make it an exciting one. Looking forward to attending #ETHBuenosAires with @reneil1337.
Hey, I might see you there!
Another great illustration detailing why you don't need TOR and a proxy chain of 7 anymore 👍🏼

Today I have to figure out how to publish a blog post using Jekyll, meaning I have to re-understand how the heck GitHub works. It's like half WYSIWYG and half puzzling abstraction, ugh.
I love using Jekyll for my static sites. At first it was "uhhh", but I love it now.
Let me know if you need any assistance
The Terms and Conditions for not-a-flamethrower 😂
So I found a fake Telegram crowdsale site and they also have a SEC document detailing they're allowed to sell tokens under the name "TON Issuer Inc". The phishers are getting hella smart

These fricken eo[dot]trade and BunnyToken ads on YouTube are more annoying than fricken "here in my garage" Tai Lopez
I didn't think I'd see the day to see more annoying ads but wow

Did you already lock that peep in? I think you can delete once you haven't committed your '15 max' actions to the class blockchain
Yeah I did, I didn't think about deleting by saving 15 actions up. Usually I save after every 3 or so

@409h anything else to do with an address?
Nope, that's all we can publically do really.
You could report it to exchanges, but if they don't employ taint analysis on the addresses, there's no point right now.

I admit i tried to submit it, but it was complaining about my browser not allowing captcha - which has never been an issue before. Kind of a bummer! I've submitted it to the team so hopefully it gets taken care of - but twitter just wrote saying they deleted the offender!
You can always ping me on Twitter DM (@sniko_) if ESD isn't a good route :)

I got one today too. I read post private keys..... wtf The amount of scams coming out of the blockchain space is ridiculous. Did you see the one where somebody posted their private key, had 5k in token value but no eth in the wallet?
Yep. I came across one a couple months ago and DaveAppleton wrote about it

Current phishing scam for Coinbase ERC20. Bad actors are actively attempting to part you from your funds.
There's also IDN homograph attacks phishing for login details :(

Pretty specific
Be careful of Coinbase scams phishing for private keys under the guise of Ethereums' ERC20 support.
I've added the domain to the metamask and EAL blacklists to prevent users from falling victim.
