Ok, it appears as if it was something in the Trust Wallet dapp browser as opposed to my system. No idea how. Did a clean reinstall of the app and it's gone. Freaky! 🤤😅
That is really weird and creepy. Glad reinstalling it sorted out your issue. Interesting it is happening to a couple of you. Have you tried Dapp Pocket before? I find the wallet integration works better with their browser.

Do you use adguard or some other adblocker? It could be affecting the certificate. You need to install a certificate through ablocking apps generally to allow to read https. But if you can... disable it for peepeth for best results.
Though that url is weird. Are you rooted or jailbreak?
