📱95% use smartphones and internet constantly
🤢40% wish they could go back to a time when there was no social media
💼 And yeah, in a couple of years they are entering the workforce...
What crypto-projects are working on teens as a primary demographic?
Some GenZ stats 📲
72% of teens believe that tech companies manipulate users to spend more time on devices.
More than two-thirds of teens agree with the statement, "social media has a negative impact on many people my age."

What I learned today
There are 3 forms of (de)centralization
1. Architectural: # computers?
2. Political: # individuals/orgs control computers?
3. Logical: monolithic object or an amorphous swarm?
Blockchains are logically centralized because the system behaves like 1 computer ;)
I'm taking ConsenSys Blockchain course on Coursera. Lesson 3. Decentralization. All of this while taking notes on GDocs and saving articles on Pocket, LOL. Anyways, so far so good. Here is the link https://www.coursera.org/learn/blockchain-foundations-and-use-cases
The bright side: This problem makes me feel frustrated and I have been using less the app, yay! More time to focus on other things :)
You don't value the power of ownership until Instagram blocks you from following new accounts. Ugh! Social media is broken. Is the 6th time I report the problem, dunno why they did it, my account is personal and haven't done anything against IG policy...
I love to refresh PeepEth to see the hidden hashtags in the background :p #temperance #trascendence #curiosity #perspective

I'm guessing that for most people, 10 years is radically different - even in your 60's, 70's, or 80's. But you raise an interesting point. I think the forever aspect of blockchain based soc. media is good - so long as accountability stays.
Agree, we need accountability to honor ourselves and others.
I open this Peep account on my 10 year Twitter anniversary. 9 years ago I deleted my 1st Twitter account cause it no longer reflected my way of thinking. How much have you change since then? Do you remain being, thinking... the same? Blockchain is forever
Honor your speech, but it can change, and it's ok.
