Hello PeepETH! Hello World! I'm Cedric what's your name? #smile#
Hi Egbon! Welcome.
My name here is Smoky, which is an allusion to the opening passage of The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz. Not to the character in the movie Friday :)
I listened to the Tim Ferriss podcast with Lebron James. One word was repeated over and over: consistency.

While working on a charity project, the following question came to mind and I'd like to know your opinions. If you could change exactly ONE thing in the school system where you live, what would it be? (Ask your kids too) Thanks in advance for your help.
Probably teach meditation and emotional awareness. What to cut to make room? I don’t know.

The most valuable experiences of 2018 for me were trying new things. New workouts, new books, new friends. So trying new things is one of my main resolution for 2019. What are yours?

I like to drink very much, but for years now I do not drive even after one drink. 1: Can you imagine hurting someone while driving after drinking? 2: Even if alcohol is not a contributing factor to an accident, if you have it in you, you are liable. Do not drink and drive.
Agreed, it’s completely not worth it. Grateful for Lyft and Uber.

Aomori apples. These are the cheap ones, the ones we buy, but they're still the best I've ever had. Unbelievable. I'm not an apple person. But the Japanese really, really know how to grow good apples. $1/each here, $8/each in Taiwan.
I want one! Is this a different species not grown in the US, or do they just grow them better?
