Something you don't see everyday... The mixed rice seller weighing the slab of roast pork that he just received from his supplier. I was told that it's a 1kg piece...
That looks delicious. Although it looks like more than just one kilo.

I’m over 50% through. Time to give less fucks before I die.
Any of us could go ay any time. Sometimes I like to imagine having one more year. Puts things into perspective.

Thanks ! Peepeth is a good platform. Does video upload work as well? Twitter allows videos up to 2:20, if not mistaken.
I don’t think so, but it embeds YouTube links.

If you have advice of how to give less fucks then I am all ears.
There is a book by that title that I found ok. But here I am still giving some Fuchs. Which is probably a good thing.

One year and eight months ago I was obese. As of this morning I am finally back down to normal BMI.
A feat much easier said than done. Do you have advice or resource recommendations for others embarking on the same journey?

Any recommendations for a free meditation app for Android? Used Headspace but need to pay to use it further. Not sure if it's really worth it.
No, but have heard very good things about the Sam Harris app which will be getting more expensive soon (but you can lock in the cheaper rate I guess)
