That looks delicious. I'll have to try my hand at making pho one of these days.
I once set out to try it but couldn’t find all the ingredients. This was pre Amazon and I was in a rural area.
I really enjoyed trying all manner of soups in Vietnam. The herbs that accompany the dishes add a lot. Unfortunately, not all can be found in Europe or in the states.
Thanks for the enso @voyager 🙏

Wow, this was such a cool documentary! These kids are talented and so supportive of each other, it's a great uplifter, for sure. Reminds me of the Yamakazi from Surburbian Paris, when I was growing up. Same spirit, same endurance, same discipline. Thanks a lot for sharing! :)
Who are the Yamakazi? I haven’t heard of them.
I’m amazed at BMX / trials riders in general. This man came up in my feed recently: https://youtu.be/jj0CmnxuTaQ

The Hu sounds dope, thanks for sharing! Yeah, Dan Carlin’s 'Hardcore History', and 'History on fire' by Daniele Bolelli are among favorites.
Love Dan Carlin. However, need to be semi focused to get into his shows, can zone out if not. I’ve listened to the History on Fire guy too.

I think it's a very underrated question - how to be a woman as well. Or even just how to be a human in today's world. We're not made to sit and stare at LCD screens all day, that's for sure (I type, ironically, from a computer screen that I use at a far higher % of time than the average person)
Peepeth, may your heart skip a beat today.

Today life feels like a search for order in chaos. And that's OK.
The eternal search. Good luck. And be strong 🍀 💪

Imagine someone writes your biography one day.
The title of the book is in the form:
“(One noun, adjective, or adverb): the (your name) story.”
What would the title be?
How much are you leaving on the table every day? In terms of meaningful work done, genuine fun had, etc. “Carpe diem” is a cliche worth heeding.

Found an unopened physalis (Cape Gooseberry) from last season. The fruit stayed inside its paper-like wrapping, and decomposed into this beautiful result: nothing left but a mesh cage and seeds. Nature is awesome--I thought it was too cool to not share! #gardening 😻
Wow! How did it stay intact the whole time?
