Hmmm. Just as an experiment, I'd be tempted to take one bottle of that, add just a pinch of more robust yeast, seal it, wait, hope it doesn't explode, and have bubbly banana wine!
Oh you could, I'd just recommend an airlock. Here's my recipe if you want to experment.
6 8oz jars of banana preserves
3 4 pound bag of sugar
6 gallons of spring water
Starting gravity 1.090
1 packet of Lalvin K1V 1116 yeast

Looks wonderful! If it's sweet, doesn't that mean it could ferment more? Or has the yeast strain met it's limit?
It hit it's limit, still damn good. Next time I'll use a Lavin 1118 yeast and a bit less sugar.
A bit sweet but pretty strong.

Was this dream the result of a recent trip to the dispensary? ;)
Haha, no. Some coworkers and I were talking about the cash problem a few days ago and I guess that's how my brain processed it.

1/ Had a pretty lucid dream last night. I'm in Oakland and know the dispensaries have a hard time moving their cash around. In my dream, There was a stable token called The Oakland or THEO for short. The way you mint it is by bringing your cash to a burn location where the serial
2/ numbers are registered and the entire process is monitored and streamed for Proof of Burn. Once the cash is burned in the incinerator called 0x0, THEO is distributed to the customer. This is what crypto has done to me... I miss my dreams of flying lol!

Mark is amazing. Kudos to the drummer, unreal.
Good start to a productive night in Oaktown.
That one time I got drunk and decided to make believe I knew what I was doing. I woke up pretty damn pleased with myself.
