Make it ridiculously simple to use. Snap a photo of your receipt, put in a couple of details about price and what it is and if within budget get reimbursed straight away. Need to be able to do it quickly, e.g. in the restaurant.
Thanks; thinking through what an approval process should/could look like and how this trust factors in to orgs with high employee turnover, freelancers/contractors...then where blockchain becomes truly useful in the mix.
