Meditation, gardening, writing, crafts. Not really sure what being disconnected from the world really means in this context. By living in it, we are always connected to this world
I mean being detached from society and feeling unable to develop deep emotional connections with the others and today's world.
How do you guys manage the problem of being disconnected from the world? Any suggestions??
